Great location and awesome lobby with comfy seats and Giant wall screen for late night games and hanging out. Pleasant and helpful staff willing to help with anything from hailing taxis to grabbing us bananas!
We're having a fantastic time in Denver in no small part to the great employees here like Hagan, Matt, and Dylan who went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. We'll definitely be back!
Grand Hyatt was wonderful! The entire staff was phenomenal. Would like to personally mention the valet guys, Matthew and Dylan! They had no clue that I had just had shoulder surgery when they took over the loading of my bags. It was a great relief! The professionalism and courtesy is displayed by these two young men was top-notch.
The two beds room that we had was fine for a family of four. Not quite enough storage for clothing, but we made do. The bathroom was a good size and easy to navigate through. The room was always very clean due to the outstanding cleaning staff.
The location of the hotel was very nice as we were able to walk majority of the places we went. Never felt unsafe or disturbed by the noise level.
Beautiful Hotel, we were upgraded to a suite which was spacious and comfortable and provided a great view of the downtown skyline. The hotel is very conveniently located and we were able to walk to dinner as well as enjoy drinks at a rooftop venue. There is no club lounge available at this location, which was disappointing for this caliber Hyatt.
Every time I called for the car, it was delivered promptly. Tonight the attendant was really friendly and accommodating!
