Grand Hyatt Denver

As a solo female traveler, I greatly appreciated the overall atmosphere and quiet commitment to safety baked into every interaction at Grand Hyatt Denver. The desk staff were patient, warm and supportive when I had travel-related issues with my card, gave me an upgraded room at no additional cost when they had run out of my originally-reserved room type (2 queen beds), gave me my room key with the number written down and did NOT say it aloud, and had a plethora of included amenities available including use of an electric kettle among other items available for use during my stay. The water pressure in the shower was excellent and the air conditioning was perfect. After checking out, when I was partway through the rest of my day before a return flight, I realized I’d left something in my room. One phone call and I was able to retrieve the item on my way to the airport. As a woman who travels most often alone, I very much appreciated the experience of feeling entirely at ease in a new city and Grand Hyatt Denver made that possible.

The Valet Tyler was a class act!! Professional and courteous!! And made sure I didn’t leave anything in the car I may need!!

Located less than a mile to Coors Field

Great hotel with an intimate feel for a city hotel. Lots of places to gather with friends or alone to relax.
Breakfast is exceptional, including the service.
Wonderful location near the 16th street pedestrian mall which was great to grab a coffee or meal.
Rooms were spacious. The high floor executive suite was incredible!

This is a perfect location for downtown Denver. We walked to Coors Field for a game, stopped at a local winery shop and popular bar along the way! The hotel was super clean and everyone was very friendly and helpful!

Customer service is amazing. They acknowledged my birthday and did something special. They always have best service. Room was clean as well.

My friends and I went to High School on an Army base in Japan 40 years ago. I have worked for the Marriott in the Group Sales Department, attended other school reunions at other hotels, stayed at many different hotels and decided to stay at the Grand Hyatt instead of the reunion hotel.

I have to say the Grand Hyatt in Denver has the best staff! Katie Bernacchi, Michelle Krasuski, Cameron, other Front Desk employees and Matt in Valet were amazing. Katie and the staff surprised us and upgraded our room, made beautiful personal welcome signs for us in Japanese including our friend who was recently diagnosed with cancer, got us Japanese fans, magnets, wine, and yummy treats.

I can’t even begin to express how grateful I am to everyone at the Grand Hyatt in Denver.

I highly recommend this hotel. It’s nice and you won’t find a better staff.

last minute booking for the Dodger game. good location in Downtown. 20min to Coors field if you hoof it. there is also the FREE 16th street bus that will take you to within 4 blocks of Coors. it came in handy when we had to trudge in 27 degree temps in April.

the hotel is very nice. a well apportioned and spacious lobby welcome guests. the 2 queen room was spotless and well designed. the beds were comfy. there are a bevy of restaurants just a block away from the hotel. about 25mins back to the airport with no traffic.

Dylan and Tyler gave excellent service at the valet parking garage!

For comparison, I stayed 10 days at the Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego this past June, and the difference is night and day. That property was well-maintained throughout; this one simply isn’t holding up to the same standard.

One bright spot: the check-in staff were friendly and warm, and stayed responsive over the app via text to make sure our room wasn’t released even though we were checking in after 1:30 AM. Good service from the team, but it doesn’t make up for the state of the physical property.
