Las fotos son lejos lo que es el hotel. Me pareció de aspecto dejado, no daba impresión de limpieza, el desayuno regular. Y lo peor es que no había agua caliente. Reporte este hecho, dijeron que lo arreglarían y al día siguiente, lo mismo, agua fría.

Yo veía extranjeros y me daba lástima que estuvieran viviendo la experiencia de Cartagena en un hotel así

Die Lage ist super in Getsemani, nur 10-15 Minuten von allem entfernt.
Das Frühstück fanden wir gut und die Dame, die dort im Service arbeitet ist sehr herzlich!
Die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut.

Cons:

Das Bad ist etwas älter, aber damit kommt man trotzdem gut klar.

Excelente Hotel
Pros:

El personal fue muy amable al recibirnos y al retirarnos. Especialmente el día de nuestra salida en donde además de ofrecer resguardar las maletas nos dieron la oportunidad de utilizar la ducha de la piscina. Y el desayuno 10/10

Cons:

Hubiera sido lindo tener agua de cortesía el primer día. Fuera de eso, todo excelente.

Muy buena atención especialmente por parte de Abby, quien nos sirvió un buen desayuno y hasta recordaba que nos gustaba a cada uno para el día siguiente :)

L’emplacement dans le quartier Getsemani, le petit déjeuner excellent (notamment les pancakes), la gentillesse du personnel, la piscine qui offre une possibilité de rafraîchissement après les visites sous la chaleur.

Cons:

Malheureusement la clim fuyait dans une des chambres (mais l’hôtel a essayé de la réparer) et pas de possibilité d’ouvrir la fenêtre donc seule la porte permettait d’aérer la chambre…

Excelente ubicacion y desayuno para comenzar tu viaje.
Pros:

Excelente ubicacion, cerca del centro historico y a una cuadra del barrio mas Getsemani, puedes ir y venir sin problema caminando a diferencia si te hospedas en Bocagrande. El desayuno del hotel rico.

Cons:

La cocinera es muy amable, note que hay personal nuevo que no puede recomendarte ni donde encontrar una tienda o alguna farmacia, les falta un poco de cordialidad.
