Home away from home.
Pros:

Welcoming. Extremely helpful staff. Rustic tiles and brick structure homestay. Lady in charge very capable and took care of helping me book local tours and sorting things out when I had a problem. Grateful for her hospitality and everything offered.

Cons:

Leaving.
Noise n dust from next door neighbour property under construction. But I guess this is a general phenomenon cause we see developments everywhere in TamCoc.

Pros:

The staff were so accommodating. From arranging for our check-in at 3.30am to organising our washing, they couldn’t have been more helpful. We were also able to hire an electric scooter for exploring Ninh Binh. All very convenient!

Śliczne miejsce, otoczone zielenią, prowadzone przez pomocnych właścicieli. Mieliśmy darmowy dostęp do rowerów (nie najnowszych ale jak najbardziej sprawnych) a rano Pani domu przygotowała nam naleśniki z owocami. Czuliśmy się jak domownicy!

Parfaitement situé, très confortable et accueillant
Pros:

Idéalement situé, et parfait pour rayonner sur les sites de la région en deux roues (location de motos à l'hôtel).
Chambre très calme et spacieuse, avec une très belle vue sur la montagne.
Accueil très agréabme.

Cons:

Il n'y avait pas de petit déjeuner lors de notre séjour. Ce serait un plus.

Difficulté de trouver le personnel souvent absent et qui ne parle que vietnamien. Communication compliquée...
Insonorisation faible et construction juste a côté qui fait bcp de bruit en journée. Prévoir des boules quies pour dormir à cause des grenouilles :)
Forte humidité en cas de pluie (l eau s infiltre dans la salle de bain)

Staying at Little TamCoc Boutique Villa was the best decision I made in our month long travels in Vietnam. The owners are incredibly hospitable and their property was so beautiful! I wish we stayed longer than 3 days, we were so sad to leave! We will remember our experience in TamCoc for life!

Camera pulita e spaziosa.

Cons:

Nel periodo in cui abbiamo soggiornato c’erano dei lavori in corso accanto alla struttura, ma la nota veramente dolente e’ stata la colazione.
Le foto esposte sul sito non sono reali, la colazione non a buffet, prevede la scelta di qualche opzione. Noi avevamo chiesto pancake, frutta e uova strapazzate.
Appoggiati su un tavolo hanno portato un piatto con un pancake, un uovo strapazzato e mezza fetta di cocomero. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere i biccheri e un goccio d’acqua…usciti abbiamo rifatto colazione da un altra parte.
