雖然是單人房，應該有的都有，個人衛浴設備，洗手間，冰箱，電視..都有,而且價格才7**上下，對面旁邊都有公車，下面就是7-11,外出很方便

Pros:

樓下就是小七.隔壁有麻辣火鍋.對面有早市(排骨酥.涼圓.涼麵.油飯.水果.香菇肉羹......).附近很多間中西式早午餐.晚上附近走一圈也有燒烤.鹽酥雞.全聯.再走遠一些.台中有名的小漁兒...房間的床很軟很舒適.隔音也還OK.

Cons:

我住單人間.格局小.218的馬桶跟洗手槽沒有間隙.實在不好坐.大號要有特定的角度.其他都好.

位置便利 樓下就是7-11 非常方便
以價格來說 單人房七百多 也很划算 空間大小合宜 浴室蠻舒服的 床也好睡 隔音尚可 也有衣架 桌椅 蠻適合商務辦公用 插座也在床頭旁邊而已 燈也足夠明亮

Cons:

一進門就看到一隻蟑螂在桌上爬 衛生有點疑慮 放在櫥櫃的備品，衛生紙上也都是灰塵
空氣瀰漫著廉價香精味 裝飲水機的樓層（3樓）有聞到煙味 但幸好我住6樓 就沒有味道
