Service
9
Front desk described as helpful, quick and friendly; staff assisted with directions and were attentive. Some staff have limited English, but overall service was considered very good.
Location
9.5
Frequently praised: convenient and accessible location, noted as perfect for EXCO and generally very good for getting around.
Room Quality
8.7
Rooms described as spacious and comfortable with pleasant features (openable windows, nice views), but room comfort is somewhat marred by cleanliness issues noted by guests.
Amenities
8.8
Amenities and facilities are appreciated, but hygiene concerns (e.g., reused/unclean items left from previous guests) reduce the perceived quality.
Value for Money
8.5
Standard quality for this hotel tier.
Food and Beverage
8.9
Breakfast generally praised as good/excellent, though minor issues noted (e.g., lack of butter). Overall F&B is a positive point.
Overall Experience
9.1
Mixed but generally positive: several guests said they loved the stay and would return (quiet, friendly staff, good location and breakfast), though cleanliness problems notably dampened some experiences.

Overall loved it and would love to come back again. I just wish it was cleaner.
Pros:

I loved that I was able to open up the window and sit next to it and look outside. I needed to rest so doing that was wonderful. I probably sat there for about two hours on my first night there. And everything else was pretty amazing too.

Cons:

The only complaint I have about this property is that it was very dirty. my hotel room had gross stuff all over and there was hair in my bed from someone before me and hair in the bathroom before me. It was just a tiny bit and on top of that on my headrest there was what looked like some coffee that was dripped down and hardened.

Overall I would definitely stay again.
Pros:

I loved the peace and quiet this hotel offered. My breakfast was good. Also the hotel front desk staff was helpful in finding different locations I wanted to get to.

Cons:

II didn’t like that the cleaning staff didn’t clean the tub after used it or soap scum left from previous guest in the shower tray.

見た目はよいが、満足できないホテルでした。
Pros:

設備やアメニティはよかった。

Cons:
