Absolutamente todo el recurso humano tiene una excelente atención al cliente.
Pros:

La habitación tiene un tamaño adecuado.

Cons:

La página indica que cuenta con área de cocina. Si bien el área existe con estufa, refrigerador y fregadero. No tiene accesorios como vajilla, ollas y sartenes. Fui a preguntar si es que los brindaba al solicitarlos y la respuesta es que el cliente debe llevarlos. Esto me dio la impresión que el hotel piensa en un mercado de turista local, porque no creo que un turista de otro país ( como en mi caso ) o estado que necesita viajar en avión pueda llevar en su equipaje tales accesorios.

Pros:

Loved having the kitchen and full fridge, a/c worked great and Starbucks next door was a hige bonus. They only clean your room once a week but will give you toilet paper, towels and garbage bags if you need. Laundry on site is really nice too.

Cons:

People obviously live there and sometimes at night there were men hanging around the front desk that made us uncomfortable.

Did enjoy the trip.
Pros:

I really enjoyed looking at the sunrise and sunset every day.

I will not only be staying again but I will highly recommend
Pros:

Staff went out of the way to accommodate me, it was refreshing to finally stay at a hotel where there treated you as a person and not a number. I will be staying again

Great experience. Worth the value. Friendly staff. Good location.
Pros:

Great price & location. Staff was friendly and available for fresh towels/more coffee k cups whenever needed. Did not travel with our dog but love that this hotel is pet friendly.

Cons:

Only kitchen supplies were ice trays. Was able to borrow some from a friend in town. A few basics would have been handy. A plus is there are two Walmarts >10 minutes away that carry 50 cent plastic bowl/plates/cups.
