That staff was nice, and that is the only positive thing about the experience. They understood when we checked out later the same day and booked another hotel. We booked a room at Avis hotel the same night which was excellent.

Cons:

The toilet seat was broken. The shower was stained and filthy. It smelled absolutely disgusting and gave us headaches. The door to the room barely closed and we had to slam it for it to close. Also the bathroom door was missing the door handle. The sheets had stains on them. Even the staff said they bring their own sheets when they need sleep there. It was an absolutely terrible experience. The staff told me they rent the rooms for as little as $30 a night at times.

Nothing. It was AWFUL. Should be condemned. I’m not joking.

Cons:

It looked like a scene from a drug lord movie. Everything was broken or damaged, the halls were filthy. The rooms were filthy, there were bugs, spiderwebs, and shit all over the walls. The bedding was dirty, it was all around disgusting. It was in such an awful area that the doors to the building locked at nine. Had to knock to get in and pray somebody was paying attention. The pictures online are completely inaccurate.

People using drugs in front of reception, day and night. Night time is too much noise out side room, other customer making noise, stuff didnt say nothing. is very bad . No microwave or fridge in room, outside there is micro wave but inside conditions is very poor. bed is ok, bathroom is ok, but room service is very poor, sofa in room is not good. Big bug in sofa, cant even sit, Room window didnt have any net, can’t open the window , fly is all over as soon as open window. AC is ok.

Very Forgettable

Waiting forever to check in while only agent on phone.
Groups of rowdy people in lobby, out front.
Agent couldn't give directions, put phone down and left me waiting. I left the place without staying.

The property is in poor condition. It’s not clean. There was trash in the stairway. It does not look like the pictures in terms of its condition. The elevator was broken. At night time there’re are party lights that light up the outside of the building and can be seen through some of the windows. It just comes off as sketchy. I was broke and needed a bed for a night. I should have just found a safe place to park and slept in my car.

Pros:
