The water in the shower was only barely warm

El desayuno era bueno, tenían tés y agua caliente todo el día.
La habitación era cómoda, limpia y grande. Y el personal era muy atento.
Se escuchaba todo desde otra habitación.
Para llegar al alojamiento hay que subir escaleras y puede ser un poco agotador los primeros días si te estas acostumbrando a la altura.

Falta de internet, falta de sinal na TV, barulho na região dos quartos, chuveiro vazando água por cima, sabonete oferecido não muito cheiroso. Café da manhã bem aquém do apresentado nas fotos! Pouca variedade!

Bardzo czysty i zadbany obiekt; pokoje przestronne z wygodnymi łóżkami i ogrzewaniem. Śniadania całkiem smaczne.
Dużym plusem jest możliwość zrobienia sobie herbaty, naparu z koki lub kawy przez całą dobę. Polecam!
W obiekcie nie ma windy. Dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami lub podróżujących z dużym bagażem może to być niedogodność.

It’s on a bit of a steep hill so walking to to the main square is a bit of a challenge but not bad. Overall it’s a great location.
Good location a 10 minute walk from plaza de Armas. Staff were very friendly and helpful - you can book most tours through them as well: Gladys can point you in the right direction. Good breakfast, comfortable beds and hot shower.
The first night we had a room that gave on to the road which was very noisy so very difficult to sleep. However Julie swapped our room the next day when I asked which was much better :)
Er was een overboeking en ik heb hier ondanks een bevestiging van booking.com niet kunnen overnachten
Op 7 mei stuurde ik naar booking.com een klacht en heb daarna zelf een gelijkwaardig hotel moeten zoeken. Dit hotel koste 95 euro per kamer per nacht en mijn groep was met 11 personen, 4 dubbel ( 95 euro ) en 3 singel kamers ( 75 euro). Ik heb in het Ninos Hotel El Fierro geslapen met de groep. 2 leden accepteerden dit niet en zijn uitgeweken naar het Hilton. Ook voor hen heb ik 95 euro per nacht betaald.
Hier wederom de door mij op 7 mei gestuurde klacht mbt mijn overboeking van het Posada San Blas hotel.
Bij deze stuur ik een klacht mbt mijn reservering bij Posada San Blas. 10 minuten voor aankomst namen wij contact op met het Hotel. Het bleek dat ze geen kamers hadden terwijl ik een bevestiging van Booking.com heb. Naar veel gebel werd er een gelijkwaardig hotel aangeboden. Bij aankomst was dit een ongezellig appartement in een akelige buurt. Onze groep wilde dit niet. En nu vraag ik al enkele malen om een bevestiging dat ik geen kosten heb mbt deze foute boeking van de Posada. Ik zit nu in een ander hotel en zou een schadevergoeding op prijs stellen. Deze fout boeking heeft mijn groep van 10 mensen 4 uur bezig gehouden en onze groep is nu door de last minute actie in 2 hotels verdeeld. Ik hoop van jullie een conformatie te krijgen dat er geen kosten maar een onkosten vergoeding op z’n plaats is. Vriendelijke groet, Anne Asbreuk
