This place is a zoo. So loud. Never again....
I needed a budget place to stay , and this fulfilled that aspect. It is an older facility and significantly outdated and so , because some of the items are so old , they appear to be dirty although they have been cleaned. That being said the sheets were clean, the bed was tolerable and the water was hot for a shower. Ufortunately , the linoleum was peeling up in several places and I cuffed my bare feet more than once. The staff is fifty-fifty. You either have wonderful staff or you have staff that treat you like you are the bane of their existence. As I mentioned, I needed a place to stay, and this fulfilled the purpose.
Although I had a life experience and could not fulfill my extra night and there are no refunds under any circumstances, even though I left at 1:30 in the afternoon the room would have been available to book for that evening.
The room just stank like chemicals
Staff was kind; I loved the fact that there is a gym inside the building; the snack areas are good as well. I see that people can have their groceries delivered to their rooms, which I think is great. The neighborhood was also good. Everyone here is pretty friendly especially to my son, who is autistic. I like having a refrigerator in the room. Small in size, good size bathroom, and I can cook for my son and I in the room. My son loves the bed. He is taller, so I gave him the bed.
The elevator broke down, though it got fixed. I could not manually open the windows to let in fresh air. I can only get one roll of toilet paper at a time, from the front desk. A change machine and ATM would be great, especially when doing laundry and using vending machines. Not a fan of room inspections, but whatever. I wish the sofa was a pull out bed. I still like it.

I was the only one there waiting at the counter to check in, but no staff member came for about 10 minutes.
