Pros:

The view was wonderful.. the pool was ok

Cons:

The parking space, the bed was not comfortable also during breakfast I wanted a latte and they said your machine was broken. 😠 The pool was out of service too I got the email after I did the reservations if I knew that before well you know. Is whatever now I won’t come back thank you.

I like how it’s away from the city! The pool view was amazing too!

Cons:

The staff was very rude and didn’t show any hospitality! The breakfast buffet definitely isn’t equipped to serve the whole hotel! And the pictures provided in the app are not the same as what it is in person. The hotel is still under construction!

Que me cobraron dos veces, la primera vez un día antes de llegar, con la tarjeta de garantía que dejé al hacer la reserva. Y la segunda con una tarjeta al hacer el check in. Y ellos ya sabían que habían cobrado de la otra tarjeta. Al día de hoy 48 horas después todavía no reintegran ni hacen la aclaración.

Great location and facility, with a parking twist
Pros:

The facility itself was good and the location was perfect. However, the hotel parking lot was under construction and looked like it had been that way for quite some time. Since we were driving UTVs, the initial parking setup was a bit uncomfortable for us. Thankfully, on the second day, we were offered spaces in the underground parking lot, which was perfect.

We chose this hotel largely because the pool was one of the main amenities we wanted our children to enjoy. The way this situation was handled borders on fraudulent conduct. I received an email only a couple of hours before check-in—when it was no longer possible to cancel my reservation—informing me that the pool was closed for maintenance and that my children would not be able to use it. I believe situations like this should be communicated well in advance, not at a point when guests no longer have the opportunity to cancel and choose another hotel.

It was okay.
Pros:

Clean. AC in room worked well. There is a microwave, coffee maker, and small fridge in the room.

Cons:

No beach access. You will have to get in your car and drive to where there is beach access; I do not believe it is within walking distance. No balcony. Staff somewhat friendly. The whole experience was okay.
