En la descripción de la habitacion reservada indicaban que la suite contaba con piscina privada, al momento del chek in asignan habitación sin piscina y/o jacuzzi manifestando que este servicio solo lo cuenta la suite presidencial y que la habitación reservada hace referencia a la piscina al aire libre del hotel. Por lo tanto la publicidad al momento de la reserva del hotel es engañosa.

Variedade de doces e qualidade de café. Numa região deprtamento de Café - Santander é inexplicável.

Hice reserva para una habitación con Jacuzi y cuando llegue allá que estaba ocupada y la señorita de recepción grosera, altanera y que debía tomar otra habitación por qué la de jacuzi estaba ocupada y se molestó por qué no quise y no tome el servicio
La habitacion amplia, la cama y la piscina
La habitacion super top pero la bañera de hidromasaje estaba mala, no dieron jabon para ponerle, la ducha botaba agua por un lado y mojaba todo. En la noche quisimos cenar en el restaurante del hotel pero estaba full, la atencion fue fea y no nos ofrecieron alternativa, solo esperar. Como huespedes deberiamos tener prioridad.
El desayuno muy pobre
La ubicación en Florida Blanca es excelente , muy cerca de todo, malls, transporte , restaurantes.
Tienen un buen desayuno bastante completo.
El acceso al Lobby tiene un Oxxo alado que hay mucha basura, y en si el lobby no tiene mucho confort, se podria mejorar .
Al final pagamos un excedente por la habitación con jacuzzi. Era de un tamaño muy considerable. Espaciosa, fresca

It is a beautiful hotel, the room was beautiful
Charged $438.000 including brekkie, but the jacuzzi had issues, the head shower was broken. Their answer was they were gonna report and still charged over $400 with bathroom issues. You don’t paid suit with that amount in Colombia to have poor facilities. Should have given a discount at least.
