It is a beautiful hotel, the room was beautiful

Cons:

Charged $438.000 including brekkie, but the jacuzzi had issues, the head shower was broken. Their answer was they were gonna report and still charged over $400 with bathroom issues. You don’t paid suit with that amount in Colombia to have poor facilities. Should have given a discount at least.

La habitación es grande y luminosa, el personal es muy amable y siempre pendientes de resolver cualquier solicitud

Cons:

El desayuno podría mejorar y ser un poco más amplio el horario en fines de semana, sábado incluido. Está programado un horario de limpieza de las habitaciones muy temprano y a veces hay cierta presión para lograrlo. No es un problema de las personas encargadas sino de organización de la administración

Un hotel cómodo y con muy buena atención, en recepción, restaurante, habitaciones
Pros:

La atención del personal. Muy amables y siempre atentos a resolver cualquier inquietud.

La habitación es amplia y cómoda. Un aire acondicionado silencioso y que funciona muy bien

Cons:

El desayuno puede mejorar, es un tanto monótono.

Hay cierta presión por arreglar temprano las habitaciones, algo que no es agradable cuando se viaja por descanso. No parece ser un problema de las encargadas, sino una política del hotel, porque nos ha pasado varias veces

The building itself is quite cute, but the service was nonexistent. When I arrived with two heavy suitcases, I had to struggle with them up the stairs to reception. Both receptionists were busy chatting with each other—not with customers—and despite making eye contact with me while I struggled, they didn't offer a hand. When I explicitly asked if there was anyone to help with luggage, I was met with silence. On top of that, the rooms and the entire building were uncomfortably hot. A pretty building doesn't make up for being ignored when you're clearly in need of assistance.
