Do quarto e do profissionalismo.
Ondanks het gedateerde interieur en het zwembad wat niet bruikbaar was, was het personeel wel behulpzaam en zeer vriendelijk.

Quarto numero 3 cheio de mofo, sem ar condicionado. Janelas emperradas.
Em parte gostei de tudo, infelizmente houve um incidente por falta de alguém com a responsabilidade de manter a ordem no hotel…
Falta de alguém durante a noite, pois havia um grupo que não deixou dormir ninguém até às 3h30 da manhã, e depois de madrugada até às 9h30 foi o caos total…
Ao fazer o check in informaram que o hotel estava a passar por obras... mas que nos iriam dar um dos quartos novos
Ao chegar ao quarto, era ótimo. Boa cama, bom chuveiro, boa TV, esqueceram foi de informar que o quarto nao tinha cortinas ou seja sem qualquer privacidade
Informaram que as iriam colocar às 17h esperamos até as 17:30, fui a recepção reclamar ofereceram outro quarto, quarto esse com a tinta a escamar, ouvia todos os barulhos da rua, casa de banho deprimente... logico reclamei e perguntei se poderia cancelar a reserva... disseram que sim... o certo ate ao momento e que nao aceitaram o cancelamento na Booking e ate então não revi o dinheiro da reserva que dizia (que nao era possivel cancelar) mas a senhora da recepção e o suposto diretor disseram que iriam aceitar o cancelamento...
Enfim... nao recomendo
