Hope you like cold showers!
Pros:

On arrival we noticed our electronic key on the app never came through, so no big deal, we just went to the front desk and got keys. Our room was fine, standard for a Home 2, but after driving for 11 hours today, we were looking forward to having a shower and getting in bed. My husband was first to attempt a shower only to find there was no hot water. I called the front desk to ask if they knew there was no hot water and the lady at the front desk said they knew that a few rooms were having issues with the hot water. No offer to switch us rooms, just “sorry” and hung up. We are currently working with Hilton to try and find a remedy to this solution, but it was completely unacceptable for the staff on duty to not even attempt to remedy the situation. Zero stars from us!

Cons:

Free airport shuttle no longer available. Was given a $15 Uber voucher, but I never used Uber before and the explanation on how to use it was confusing and I wasn’t able to use it because of that. Mostly my fault due to inexperience with the service

It was okay.
Pros:

Clean and open.
Kitchen was nice. Wasn’t needed for us. But didn’t see any other options.

Cons:

Walls and floors are too thin. Can hear people.
Bathroom too small.

Didn't meet expectations
Pros:

Location was fine, staff was unpleasant though. Breakfast was terrible
