The Manager welcomed us and made us feel welcome. Breakfast gave a wide choice of food which was freshly prepared. Rachael was very effecient and friendly.

Our stay October 2026. Nice large family room for two of us with a lovely comfortable bed and a soft water and warm shower over the bath, very good value for money including Free Parking. Check in and breakfast is at the pub opposite. Great location for Woodcross Retail Park and Loop bus to Margate, Ramsgate and Broadstairs. Other buses across the road for Canterbury too.
The hotel looks more like a motel and only on two floors, so had a few stairs to get to our room, no problems. We paid for breakfast included and there was a good typical English breakfast with continental additions if you wanted them. I must commend Rachel our server as she was extremely helpful and accommodating in the restaurant at breakfast.
Very little could have been better. It would have been nice to be able to adjust or hold the shower head - as it was fixed to the ceiling. It was noisy outside the window at times because we were located near the main road, but we did shut our window at night and it was quieter.
