Pros:

Very welcoming, staff were all smiling, makes such a nice change. Good selection on food menu. Good value .

Comfortable stay spoilt by simple faults
Pros:

Clean and priced well for a quick overnight stop en route to next hotel.

Cons:

TV remote did not work, too late to inform reception, bulb out in the bathroom. Two things that shouldn’t be missed in housekeeping are tasked to report issues they see while cleaning.

Good stay.
Pros:

Lovely comfortable, clean room with plenty of space. Bed was comfy and had a good night's sleep. Bathroom was clean with all amenities.

Cons:

Shower could have been a bit more powerful.

Cons:

The breakfast was poor quality. Bacon, beans , eggs and black pudding dried out. Let the whole experience down.

Good location close to Lilleshall, secure entry and good tea and coffee facilities

Another great stay, ticks all the boxes, no complaints at all. Will be booking again on another journey North!
Pros:

We stayed here as part of a big Car Club group last year. So we used it this time on journey north and on the return journey four days later.
Great central location. Safe parking. Good food. Good offers on food and drinks if you sign up.
Good size rooms, comfy beds.
Great staff, no matter how busy they were.
Good breakfasts.

Rude staff horrible view room but of mould around shower and shower curtain
