We stayed here as part of a big Car Club group last year. So we used it this time on journey north and on the return journey four days later.
Great central location. Safe parking. Good food. Good offers on food and drinks if you sign up.

Easy parking
Initial room had broken toilet seat which should have been noticed during cleaning. Door locks need battery changing very annoying having to do key 5 times to get in. Told oh we know they all need changing we are slowly getting round them, still faulty after 5 days. Rubbish not cleared even though towel changed.

Comfortable room with aircon lots of space too. A restaurant and pub were opposite the rooms for meals, breakfast which was very convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful
The shower was not working properly no hot water or consistent pressure also no slip mats in bath access wasn’t easy for a senior person. The window curtain in the room was falling off. Our room opposite the main door which slammed every time it was used.

Friendly and efficient staff at Check-In ... room was checked and coffees replenished after the first night. Lots of parking space. Clean and tidy room. Quiet. Very effective AirCon. Convenient Asda nearby for provisions.

Booked the hotel and the room on the basis that there was a full English breakfast included. On arrival was told the breakfast was continental. Got a refund but then had to search out breakfast
Room on the back overlooked a Burger King who had a delivery at 6.30 which was noisy enough to wake the dead

Door lock betteries need replacing, kept asking for them to be replaced, never happened
Towels replaced but rubbish not cleared from room

Restaurant too noisy on Friday night staff could not hear what was being ordered and therefore got it wrong
