Ease to airport,
Can’t think of anything
What we loved about our stay:
- The free airport shuttle was incredibly quick, convenient, and on time
- The staff were super friendly and helpful
- The room was a good size, clean, and had seating in addition to the beds
- The beds and linen were very comfortable
- It was quiet in the room, despite the hotel being close to the airport and being entirely sold out. We did not hear any other people from our room.
- The pool was warm and well kept. It also had a lift, making it accessible for all people to enjoy. It was also open until 10pm.
- The outdoor garden patio was a lovely, shaded, quiet little oasis that feels like some place tropical rather than being right off of a busy road.
- There was a restaurant on site, as well as a well-stocked small convenience store
- The lobby was inviting, spacious, comfortable, with free coffee. Many people spent time lounging here with their families, with kids playing games.
- It was within easy walking distance of several fast food restaurants
- It was within a 10 minute drive of a large shopping mall
What could have been improved:
- One of the two elevators was out of service our entire stay. It made for long waits and crowded rides given that the whole hotel was booked full for a conference.
- The only stairs that you can take up to your room (instead of waiting for the elevator) are located outside the building. But in order to take the stairs you first have to go into the lobby and ask a staff member to "buzz" unlock the stairwell door that is outside. If you walk too slow back to the stairwell door, the door locks again. It would be funny if it weren't annoying.
Newly remodeled
Hear neighbors through walls and doors insulation not great/ bathroom door was barn door so can hear through it as well and can hear water drainage at night from upstairs toilets

Convenient location to airport
Breakfast wasn’t early enough so missed out. Parking is confusing and lacks signage. Front desk employees are not consistent, one almost cost me parking and shuttle service to the airport due to not checking me in correctly.

Wonderful property inside and out! Beautiful. Staff were incredibly helpful and engaging. Food and bar on site. Beds are super comfortable. Great showers. I will absolutely stay here the next time I am in Seattle!
