I think the CEO is to go stay at the facility so they know what it is lacking

Point of staying so close to airport is free shuttle service, so won't stay here again.
Pros:

The room was clean, modern and comfortable. Hallways, elevators and common areas not so much despite nice modern design.

Cons:

The shuttle was overwhelmed when we arrived so we had to pay for our own transport. It had limited seats for 5 am trip back to airport (apparently it serves more than one property.) Would not book this for shuttle service.

A+++++ stay! Definitely a place to visit!
Pros:

We stayed at the Hampton Inn Liberty Station and loved every moment. The front desk staff was amazing and friendly. They gave great suggestions on where to go nearby for food and entertainment. The accommodations are spacious and clean. We were fortunate enough to be given a room with a water view. It made the evening so nice to watch the water as we relaxed after a day enjoying the area. Thank you for everything. It was such a great stay! We can't wait to return!

The location is good. Staff was great. Hotel is clean.

Cons:

The coffee was tasteless. The breakfast eggs were OK. Not much selection on the breakfast buffet. The hotel is very expensive.
