Hygienne was erg slecht, vieze overvolle prullenbakken, gore ramen. Onze kamer stonk enorm bij binnenkomst: direct gevraagd aan de receptie of ze een andere kamer hadden: annuleren kon niet meer. Ze gaven aan dat er iemand kwam kijken: 40 minuten gewacht: niemand gekomen. Uiteindelijk wel een andere kamer gekregen: nooit meer dit ranzige hotel!

My family and I just got back home from a weekend in San Diego and most importantly, from this very hotel. First of all, I would like to say a big thank you to the staff for their amazing service despite the outage of the computer system. Yes we had to wait a couple of hours in order for the room reservations to be squared away , but the staff at the front desk, the two ladies who were there on 8/1/2026, were simply professional, respectful and though under pressure, they kept calm, and kept everyone informed every step of the way.
The room we had was beautiful. From the start, we realized that this hotel is brand new. We walked into the room that SMELLED AMAZING. I dont know what they put in there, but it smelled great and not a hint of dirt or smoke anywhere. The shower and tub and the entire bathroom was very well stocked and extremely clean and fresh. Kudos to the brand new rolled up shower mat in the tub and the shampoo, body wash and lotions all felt great and smelled so good.
Breakfast was a hit. From hot foods like eggs, sausages and hotcakes to the cereal and most of all, 24 hour hot coffee in the lobby was a HUGE HUGE Plus! MY only question was, where was the water fountain? That was my only concern but other than that, I would definitely recommend coming and staying here.
BTW , being across the marina was a HUGE plus and the gym was well stocked as well. Cheers!
