A part au petit déjeuner, c'était top.
Pros:

La chambre etait top et confortable. Seul point négatif, ca sentait la cigarette à notre arrivée

Cons:

Lors de notre petit déjeuner, nous avons constaté un nid de fourmis car de la nourriture se trouvait au sol. Je l'ai signalé, on nous a demandé de changer de table et ils ont laissés les fourmis et la nourriture au sol.

Great location, comfortable and welcoming hotel!
Pros:

Great location in Montmartre, close to Metro and Bus stops. We had a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower from our window, the bed was comfy, good bathroom and excellent customer service at check-in and with our questions. AC worked well, plus there is a water bottle refill station with still or sparkling water!

Cons:

Nothing at all to not like - we loved our stay in Paris even in the extreme heat!

Un très bon rapport qualité prix pour cet hôtel parisien
Pros:

Nous avons été ravi de notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Bien desservi par les transports en commun, il a une localisation centrale pour visiter la capitale. Le personnel était très serviable. La chambre était très confortable, moderne et propre avec une belle vue sur le sacré cœur. La climatisation était appréciable avec la canicule pendant notre séjour. Le mini bar est pratique pour stocker une bouteille au frais. Le petit déjeuner était très copieux et bon! Je recommande

Pros:

L'emplacement et la taille des chambres

Cons:

L'obligation de changer 2 fois de chambres car la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Le personnel n'a pas cherché à vérifier avant de nous allouer nos chambres si cela fonctionnait, c'est seulement lors de la recherche de la 3 éme qu'ils se sont décidés d'aller voir avant.
La qualité du déjeuner se dégrade (nous allons dans cet hôtel chaque année depuis plus de 15 ans)
L'absence de fontaine d'eau à chaque étage et la difficulté pour obtenir une carafe d'eau qui aurait du être présente dans la chambre

Des complications avec la réservation en ligne

Son emplacement. Les chambres étaient confortables

Cons:

Deux soucis au moment de l’accueil. Dans un premier temps on nous demande de payer la chambre or la réservation avait été faite en ligne par un proche pour un cadeau d’anniversaire. Heureusement que j’ai demander à revérifier la réservation car elle insistait pour le paiement.
Nous sommes ensuite monter dans la chambre au 5ieme. Je trouve étonnant la taille de la chambre car sur les photos de la réservation elle était plus grande. Je vérifie la vu… des bâtiments à pertes de vu ors encore une fois sur la réservation on devait avoir vu que sois la Tour Eiffel soit sur le Sacré cœur. J’appel la réception pour les informer de mes doutes concernant la chambre. On nous demande de retourner à la réception ou en montrant la réservation d’une chambre Privilège on finit par nous attribuer la bonne chambre au 9ème avec la bonne vue.

Apparemment notre réservation n’était pas encore arrivé dans leur système ors la vielle j’avais reçu un mail me proposant de faire le checkin online donc notre réservation était bien fait.

La première personne qui nous a accueilli semblait perdu, elle n’avait peut être pas l’habitude de gérer des réservations faites en ligne mais quand son collègue est venu làider et que j’ai précisé la type de chambre et la vu il n’a pas réagi.

De plus aucune information nous a été transmis concernant le WiFi qui semblait inexistant et j’ai cru entendre que la personne devant nous avait la même type de chambre et on lui ai indiqué que les boissons dans le frigos étaient offertes n’ayant pas eu confirmation nous ne nous sommes pas servies, dommage avec cette chaleur.

Sinon une belle chambre, un bon petit déjeuner et l’ensemble du personnelle était courtois.

Good starting point for Montmartre
Pros:

Location was great, the staff was very helpful (thanks for sharing with us coworking space), view through the window was nice (Sacré Coeur on the left Eiffel Tower on the right), breakfast was very good and nice terrace to sip morning coffee.

Cons:

Huge problem with AC (in fact we have no AC at the first night and it was really extremely hot time in Paris), the problem was solved next day but the ventilation system was still weak.

Good Montmartre Hotel
Pros:

This is a modern hotel, with a nice sized double room, clean and comfortable. It’s best attribute – if you get on the right side – is a good view of the Eiffel Tower. While near the iconic basilica and historic Montmartre, it is away from the historic center of the city. However, a metro stop is within walking distance connects easily with other lines. With the more contemporary feel, the hotel loses some Parisian charm. Also – there shampoo was not provided in the shower! However certainly a good hotel at a good price.
