Excellent hotel in a great location. Faultless.
Pros:

Extremely well run accommodation with stylish and spacious rooms. Everything is neat and tidy so no petty difficulties. Just a thoroughly comfortable stay.

If pillows where of a better quality stay would have been great. But didn’t sleep well due to the pillows
Pros:

Location. Parking . decor. Beds great quality . Fab fresh quality breakfast.

Cons:

The pillows on the bed. Rock hard .
Walking into the hotel the smell of fish was very strong . Kippers and haddock on breakfast menu overpower as you walk In and this was at 3 in the afternoon

Pros:

The staff and manager were all great, it was proper good service with a smile.
The Scottish breakfast was amazing, the atmosphere was relaxing, but buzzy, and beds were comfortable. What more do you need!?!

An exceptional mini break in luxurious surroundings.
Pros:

This property blew us away! We were only there for two nights, but wished it was for a week as the lodge was so beautiful. The owner was exceptionally caring and we arrived to find everything beautifully prepared, with a selection of homemade cakes waiting for us on the dining table. Our stay was perfect in every way.

Cons:

It would have been ideal had we been able to establish an internet connection on the Smart TV in order to access Netflix, but there were plenty of channels to choose from, so nothing to complain about!

A lovely hotel in the heart of Melrose
Pros:

Always a lovely stay right in the centre of Melrose. Room seemed newly decorated with brand new carpet, shower very powerful. Staff always very attentive and pleasant. Food was exceptional

Pros:

Hotel is in the middle of Melrose. Free parking right in front of the hotel. Very nice rooms. Our dinner and the breakfast was amazing. Great tips about hiking and what to see in town.

Cons:

We liked everything and would like to come back someday.

Lovely break in the Borders
Pros:
