Excellent location and price for a visit to Chatsworth. Staff in particular were really lovely and friendly. Twin room was huge and very comfortable and breakfast had an excellent choice and was very nice. Cant fault it. Superb value for money

Cons:

Maybe slightly upgrade in loo roll quality if I'm being picky!

Pros:

The down to earth staff member I spoke to.
I liked my room
Adequate parking
I liked the area it was in.

Cons:

I chose not to eat after the music the DJ was playing was just too loud

The rubbish music he was playing is more suited to pubs and not places that have a restaurant service.

Had the volume been lower like i experience in other restaurants then that would have been acceptable as this short experience was just unbearable.

Also the really loud music from the speaker at the entrance around 9am. How long had that been going on and your Neighbours?

I ask that management take a look at this issue as I will be leaving feedback to their face, if I have to put up with this again as I do plan to return.

Overall it was just about pleasant, but I would not recommend.
Pros:

Location was good with easy access into Peak district. Room had tea/coffee making facility. The half fried eggs and hash browns were good. Toast was freshly made too which was also good. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

About the room : The room was basic and we are happy it had tea/coffee facility. But there were no hand tissues, the bathroom tub was always filling up with water within 30 seconds of shower being on. I also informed reception about this issue, but it was not solved even till the day we left the hotel. There was black mould in bathroom ceiling.

Breakfast was not too satisfactory, except some options. Porridge was prepared using water and lumps of milk powder. First day when I asked for a breakfast option of smashed avocado, they did not have that option. Next day when they had it, it was simply shop bought guacamole, not a proper prepared fresh avocado. We were not happy with this.
