Very comfortable, lovely breakfast, lovely staff, had great facilities!
Pros:

The staff were really friendly, helpful and professional. The room was really comfortable.

Cons:

The adjoining area from the pub to the rooms had huge holes in the ceiling where pipework had been re. Needs filling and a radiator as smelt damp.

A bit more attention could be paid to the cleaning of the bathroom. There were marks in the shower and the back of the bathroom door. The stairs railings hadn't been dusted for some time

Disappointed dirty and won’t be back

Location was great was here last year do used again so I could attend a wedding nearby

Cons:

The room was not clean I have photos. Hairs on bedding one bed not even changed. Bathroom had pubic hairs. Very dirty I only hovered over the toilet.

Cons:

Unfortunately the day we arrived had been quite warm and sunny. The room was on the first floor under the roof so was uncomfortably warm. Cooling it down was difficult because the window didn't open very far. The second night was much better, as the day had been cooler and showery.
The free wifi didn't seem to be working in the room
