Reasonable hotel if you are travelling by bicycle.
Pros:

The ability to store bicycles in the hotel. The helpfulness of the receptionist. Ease of finding Gare du Nord for transport the following day.

Cons:

The street on which the hotel is located felt unsafe, but actually had no problems.

La comodidad de la cama con almuadones bastante buenos.el personal se ajusto a nuestras necesidades .buena relación calidad y precio en monmatre. Cerca de estación y metro .servicio de desayuno ajustable a las necesidades bien un 7.5 para el desayuno un 9 oara la habitación y un 6 alrededores del hotel

Pros:

We booked for a 3 night stay, however left after the first night. Our first room was not clean and there were no towels. The person at the desk was very kind and allowed us to swap rooms. Unfortunately, still not a great standard.

Unfortunately, this hotel is just not a good standard. It is dated and was not very clean.

We left after the first night. The area is not very nice either and the beds are uncomfortable.

The area doesn’t feel that safe at night which is not the hotels fault but it is a factor. Felt closer to a two star hot

Walking distance to the metro station.

Cons:

The weather was hot and on the 5th floor it was very uncomfortable with just a fan that didn’t do much. There was no plug socket near the bed. The shower drain was not taking the water and there was a lot of hairs coming up so when it drained back down the shower floor was covered in hairs

Nettes Hotel, gut ausgestattet. Wasserkocher und Mini+Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer. Freundliches Personal. Gute Lage, generell ruhig.Verschiedene Bus- und Metro-Linien in der Umgebung. Gare du Nord und Gare de l'Este auch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Supermarkt, Bäcker etc. in der direkten Nachbarschaft.

Cons:

Wenn man ein Zimmer zum Hof hat und das Fenster offen hat, zieht Zigarettenrauch ins Zimmer, sobald jemand auf den gegenüberliegenden Balkonen raucht.

Very good affordable option if you plan to use public transportation
Pros:

I like the room, it had a lot of space and complete amenities, like a mini fridge, which was very convenient during our stay. The bathroom was very spacious and the room itself is very well provided with what they offer. The location is very well connected to bus and metro (one block away). I saw comments about being an unsafe area, it is not, it is an immigrant area which does not mean unsafe. Just maybe not the Parisian people someone from the American continent expect to see while visiting Paris, but not any difference from other Paris areas when it comes to common sense regarding personal security.

Cons:

There is no common area in the hotel, just some chairs and the hotel can be very noisy at night, specially close to the weekend. You can hear a lot of noise even from the building next to the hotel.
