Pros:

Warm and friendly greeting on arrival, happy to have in person check in rather than have to do it online, staff were very quick to answer my queries about food allergies and the restaurant could provide what I needed

A one night stay, glad we weren`t staying longer.
Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable bed, good shower and lovely towels. The bar was cozy and welcoming. We only had breakfast which was to order and was OK.
Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room was up a steep flight of stairs and the top step was higher than the rest, it led onto a small landing with one more step into the bedroom and no handrail.
There was no storage space or shelf in the bathroom and no make up mirror or dressing table in the room in the room.

I would definitely stay again, more pros than cons but would ask for a back room

Location was great, food and staff was superb, the price of everything was great, good power shower

I stayed in a room at the front, the noise from the road kept me awake all night, and you could hear my neighbours with the doors, talking, the walls must be thin,

Amazing Stay away from the city busy life
Pros:

The room was super clean and well furnished. The hotel is away from busy city life and has a wonderful view from both sides.

Cons:

I was offered a room in an upper floor without a lift which was a bit tiring because i had a heavy piece of luggage. Maybe asking about a preference or telling me that it has no lifts it would be great.

Not the best sleep but the staff were friendly.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

It was next to a very noisy road. The walls were thin so I could hear people talking in the next room. The bathroom needs updating. Breakfast was average.

Very convenient for an early flight from Bristol airport.

Cons:

The toilet seat was wonky and slid off. We ordered food and drinks on the app and had to ask for the drinks and dessert as they didnt come.

Great location near the airport, easy online check-in & check-out .handy to see a hairdryer was supplied in the room.

Cons:

Would of be nice to have teabags in the room not just.coffee. not the pubs fault obviously but could hear the busy traffic throughout the night which kept me awake
