Pros:

Good access by car and an interesting location. The hotel is well-maintaned, although the bathrooms could use a refresher. My upgraded room was huge.

Cons:

The paid parking solution is impractical, you need to collect a special card from the reception and exit/reenter the parking area using that card. The parking is also unsecured/unmonitored and if you're arriving with Croatian license plates better look elsewhere, Croatian cars are not welcome in the area.
