酒店客人素质较差，深夜持续非常吵闹，感觉200多刀白白浪费在这间酒店房间，次日结账和booking预定价格不符，多收了30刀，之后用booking邮件和前台经理确认，左查右查改了invoice,并且被告知日后不要用booking.com订房、因为价格会不符，请用官网订房，如果出现价格偏差，酒店会给10%补差价会更方便。

Cons:

和各大订房平台确保统一，如果不能筛选客人素质，请尽量做好隔音墙壁和防噪音开关壁橱和门

Good stay, but ignored about torn dress due to sharp bathroom door strike
Pros:

The staff were generally very friendly and polite and professional,. but overall a good team and comfy stay.

Cons:

My wife’s dress caught on the door jam of the bathroom and was ripped. I repeatedly asked for an incident report or form to fill out, but was denied twice by the desk and told the manager had to do handle it but wasn’t available. I asked for them to email it to me when we left and was promised it would be sent. I was obviously ignored. Not good
