It was ok
Pros:

Cons:

Arrived at 6pm ans room was not ready. Had to get ready for a concert in the lobby bathroom where a cockroach was in one of the stalls.
Staff said they would be doing something about the inconveniences, but did not.

Cons:

All the supplies for coffee, yet no coffee maker in room, had my “do not disturb “ sign up & an employee randomly scanned into my room in the middle of the day while I was watching television, no knock, no warning, I had not called the front desk for anything & it was the middle of the day so this was odd, made me not feel safe leaving valuables in room.

Awesome weekend away
Pros:

Exceptionally clean room, very quiet and I was there for a rock festival, restaurant has THE BEST WINGS! The night front desk Tim or Tom (sorry) was the best! Super friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. So easy to get on and off of the interstate and parking lot is gated up at night with only a entrance at front of building for security.

Pros:

Great location. We ate at a different place for almost every meal for 4 days and found most within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel also had a burger place open in the afternoon and evening, which was delicious.

Cons:

We really enjoyed our stay here.

Overall, the day was fine just a little disappointed when I got there couldn’t get ready in my room

The front desk workers were super nice.

Cons:

Got to the hotel around 5 PM after 2 Hour Drive. I went to check into my hotel room wasn’t ready until probably later at night. We were staying at the hotel for the Luke Combs concert and I had to get dressed and ready in the lobby bathroom. management told me that they were gonna give me a discount but couldn’t cause I already prepaid so everyone else got a discount but me and I would like that to be resolved. also, when we got back from the concert late night, one of the workers was walking around the hotel looking for a way to get in and we didn’t let him in and then he got mad at us and my boyfriend told him if you work here then you should have a key and he said he works security and he felt like we were doing something wrong by not letting him in when we are just trying to protect our safety.

Holiday or not, this Holiday Inn meets it's brand reputation. Always consistent.
Pros:

Just 10 minutes to the airport and after a week of extensive travel, I was so glad they had a restaurant on the property, Burger Theory, so I didn't have to walk or get in the car and find a place to eat.

We were unable to check into our hotel room at the 4pm check in time because rooms were not cleaned yet.
