Mottagelsen i resepsjonen var meget lite ok. Kritisk dame bak disken og måten hun oppførte seg på gjorde oppholdet vårt dårlig.
Nothing at all.
I was extremely disappointed to arrive at the hotel for check-in only to find that they had unilaterally cancelled my confirmed reservation without any prior notice and told me there were no rooms available. I desperately tried to find alternative accommodation in Bergen, but when I checked Booking.com, the only available room was priced at €3,000, which was simply not a realistic option. As a result, I was left with nowhere to stay and had to spend the night on the street. This was completely unacceptable and an extremely distressing experience, especially considering that I had a confirmed reservation and received no advance notice of the cancellation.
Jeg likte at jeg fikk ekstra pute når jeg spurte om det, får pluss poeng for det ikke var teppe på gulvet, og at en måtte bruke nøkkelkortet for å låse rommet for da vet en at en må huske nøkkelkortet.
Måten jeg ble tatt imot på ved innsjekk.Påstod at navnet mitt ikke stod det ennå jeg hadde bevis på det.Og at jeg ikke hadde betalt og jeg slet med å få hjelp til å betale når jeg skulle sjekke ut så var det bare frokosten jeg betalte.Ta å skjerpe dere og ha litt mer kontroll over kundene deres.Jeh setter ALDRI MINE Føtter i nn til dere mer.

Kedves volt a személyzet. Ár-érték arányban tökéletes szállás. Nagyon(!) tiszta szoba várt minket, azzal a felszereltséggel, ami a leírásban szerepelt. Elhelyezkedése szuper, kb 5 perc séta a vasútállomás és a belváros (Bryggen stb) is.
Mi reggelit nem kértünk, de nagyon bőséges és választékos az is.
