mooi schoon hotel met aardige staff

wanneer we aankwamen was er iemand die ons precies naar de parkeerplaats leidde toen we zeiden het niet te kunnen vinden.
vervolgens checkte hij ons in en gaf ons de kamer met naar zijn idee “ het beste uitzicht “

Cons:

ik wilde roomservice bellen maar niemand nam op of de telefoon werkte niet.
dus ik wilde de receptie bellen via de telefoon op de kamer, werkte niet, nummers op internet werkte ook niet.
moest vervolgens dus alsnog naar beneden lopen

Le changement de système de gestion informatique la veille de notre arrivée a généré de gros soucis et attentes à l'accueil et départ. Malgré ma demande Impossible d' avoir une facture concernant un paiement sur place de prestations et donc pour moi puisque déplacement professionnel impossible de me faire rembourser

Mooi hotel met goede bedden en ruime kamers
Pros:

Goede bedden, geen gehorige ruime kamers, vriendelijk personeel, voldoende keuze aan het ontbijt.

Cons:

De tafeltjes naast de bedden zijn oud en de verf afgebladerd, de badkamer deur ging niet dicht (kamer 390), het buiten terrein achter ziet er vies en smoezelig uit met het kunstgras

Nachtlawaai geen raam.naar buiten , duf , rumoerig. Er word eild op de deur geklopt en je deur wordt in je gezicht geduwd. Gebroken bril. Hotel.doet niks.

Pros:

De rust kamer 578 geen straat tuin of binnentuin lawaai. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Metra en bus zeer dicht bij.

Cons:

Karton kopjes voor zelf koffie te maken. 2de dag was de zelf oplossing koffie niet voorzien alleen decaf bleef nog over. De parking is niet zo eenvoudig om buiten te geraken. Zeer krap. Ook zeer duur. €30 per dag.
