Each room offered a unique experience and was well-maintained, comfortable, and luxurious. The pool was also exceptionally well-maintained and spacious. The food exceeded our expectations in both quality and variety. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and provided outstanding service, always going above and beyond to make our experience comfortable and memorable. From the security officer to the manager, every member of the team was courteous, well-mannered, and genuinely eager to assist us at all times. We also encountered an unfortunate incident during our visit, and the compassion and support we received from the staff were truly heartwarming. They were incredibly understanding and helpful, allowing us to extend our stay for a couple of extra days until the matter was resolved. Their hospitality, patience, and genuine care made a difficult situation much easier for us. Every aspect of our stay-from the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms to the overall atmosphere of the property-was remarkable.

The staff's dedication and kindness truly set this place apart. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone arriving Katunayaka . It's not just a place to stay, but a place where you'll feel genuinely cared for and warmly welcomed.

The best hotel I stayed in katunayaka
Pros:

I booked this hotel very last minute to stay for 1 night before my flight and my stay was perfect!. The main thing was hotel near the airort. The staff were wonderful and could not do enough to help, I wasn't very well and they brought me soup to my room and even offered to take me to the 24 hour doctor. The room is exactly like the pictures

Breakfast was included in my stay and it was delicious and they also gave me a lift to the airport, would really recommend staying here!

I had a very good experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent. The location is also very convenient, being close to the airport. The rooms were comfortable and definitely worth the price paid. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended!
