I was disappointed with my stay. This occurred during the summer. I found a bug in the bed near and underneath the area where my pillow was placed. I was bitten on my ankle, not near my upper body. It was not just one bite; I had a couple of small bites clustered in the same area. When I informed the staff, I was moved to another room and told that an inspector would check the original room and that someone would follow up with me.

Unfortunately, no one ever contacted me, despite being told that someone would follow up. There was no update about the inspection, no explanation of what had been found, and no communication about how the hotel intended to address the situation.

I later called the hotel myself, but the staff member I spoke with did not seem to know what I was referring to or what had occurred. I asked to speak with a manager, and when I spoke with him, he seemed to brush off my concerns. He repeatedly said that the room had been inspected and that nothing was found, but he did not provide any further explanation or address the lack of follow-up.

I was still charged the full price of my stay, with no explanation for the charge and no meaningful follow-up regarding the suspected bedbug issue.

Based on my experience, I believe the room may have had bedbugs. What was most disappointing was not only the potential health concern, but also the hotel’s lack of communication, follow-through, and accountability afterward. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Ice machine outside my room was very noisy. Air conditioner did not work very well.

The room absolutely smelled like ancient smoke covered by a lot of cleaning products. Very dated. The worst thing, though, was that a back exit near our room was being discreetly propped open with small rocks — so it didn’t *look* open, but wouldn’t latch shut. We thought it was just a fluke and cleared the small rock so that the door would shut properly and require key card access. Not long after that, we saw it again! All in, for a one night stay we had to remove rocks three times to keep the non-guests from entering and leaving from the northwest exit.

We felt less than fully secure.

T IS DATED AND IN NEED OF A "FACELIFT", YET IT MET ALL NECESSARY EXPECTATIONS.
THE PARKING LOT AND ENTRANCEWAY NEEDED A CLEANING: EG: ASHTRAYS WERE KIND OF GROSS, AND THE GROUND COULD'VE BEEN CLEANER.

The hotel sign is difficult to see when approaching from the I-84 exit — too far back from the road and not well illuminated. Confusing that the street view is of the back of the hotel! The rooms are a bit “tired” looking but clean and comfortable. The marked parking spaces are too narrow - most people arrive with luggage - one morning I had to squeeze tight to get in my car yet both cars were within the parking lines. One small observation: I was in a handicapped room which I didn’t need, but it was quite far from the elevators which might have been an issue if I had mobility issues

The shower didn’t have a shelf to sit soap or bath products on. Had to put on outside floor shower threshold. A little worn furniture, and the floors weren’t swept or vacuumed.

Lighting ..and water spots on ceiling and the shower curtain was way short so all water went outside of tub when showering

Very comfortable bed but sheets were itchy

No exhaust fan in the bathroom.
