Très bon emplacement (4 minutes en marchant vite). Bonne literie. Grande propreté. Charme suranné. Superbe carrelage de la salle de bains. Amabilité du personnel. Grande disponibilité de personnel. Tranquillité (pas ou peu de bruits extérieur).

Convenient and comfortable stay close to Milano Centrale
Pros:

The waiter at Stradivarii restaurant was excellent and the reason I gave a high score in this area. He made us feel very welcome and special and made it an enjoyable evening. And the food was excellent.

Cons:

It’s all a bit dated. The area is excellent for access to the train station but also not a great area to walk around.

The location is good - close to the station and easy to get to the main sights by metro

Cons:

The room was worn out and not too clean. We checked in and went for a walk. When we came back the room door was wide open. We checked to see if anything was stolen, but it was alright. The key to our room was not working though. We went to reception. The receptionist explained that they thought the room was vacant and checked in another guest into it. The guest opened the door, realized the room is occupied and went back to reception to get another room, but left the door to our room open. No-one came to check if everything was alright with our room. This was quite an unpleasant experience for a mother with a young daughter travelling by themselves. We did not feel safe.
