Personnel gentil, excellent petit-dejeuner

Cons:

La douche téléphone de notre bain -douche : impossible de prendre une douche sans la tenir sinon jet vers le plafond. Et l’eau s’accumule dans le fond du bain

I booked 2 rooms. The price is for 4 guests. The hotel asked me to pay $30 extra per room. Why??????

Breakfast ok. Room with a small balcony. Location very good. Few minutes walk to station.the

The hotel charges me incorrectly. I need to make a compliant to get back my money from Booking.com. The price is for 4 guests for 2 rooms. The hotel charged me $60 extra because I only provide 2 names on the booking. I sent few emails to tell the hotel to provide 2 single beds for each room. Hotel replied OK. We only have 4 adults to stay. Why I need to pay extra???

Cons:

La fiche de l'hôtel proposait un parking. Le parking est a 300metres et payant . Mauvaise surprise quand on choisit l'hôtel précisément pour le parking.

Personale sempre gentile e disponibile.
Ho cenato al ristorante dell'hotel al sesto piano ed è stata una bellissima esperienza: cibo ottimo, vista fantastica su Milano e personale davvero gentile!

Pros:

It was clean and well presented and the staff were friendly.
Lovely place to relax and have a drink at the bar at the end of the day. Breakfast was also excellent.

Cons:

The traffic noise if your room is facing the street.

limited hot breakfast but plenty of cold food. Expensive - but no more than others nearby - you pay for the location close to the station.
