The room was dirty stains on carpet. Pull out bed had stains on protector sheen springs in bed and when pulled in as couch was badly stained.

Great central hotel that makes Premier Inn look very tired in comparison.
Pros:

I love the modern feel of the Holiday Inn locations with a great bathroom, Dove toiletries and a 6ft bed to watch TV on a larger scale. Beverage making facilities were well stocked and the towels were very fluffy. The walk in shower was a dream. Location is very central which will be appealing to many people. Breakfast was very filling and the food fresh.

Cons:

Nothing, the place was idyllic after cycling over 150km in the heat to reach the hotel.

Una notte a Derry
Pros:

La posizione è perfetta per visitare la città. Parcheggio economico, vicino alla struttura. Lo staff della reception è gentilissimo, disponibile a dare indicazioni e a risolvere eventuali problemi. Il letto era molto comodo. Finalmente finestre ben schermate dalla luce mattutina.

Cons:

Lo stile un po' anonimo, tipico dei grandi hotel e delle catene di hotel. La pulizia della sala colazione, delle aree self service del cibo e delle stoviglie non era impeccabile.

Pros:

The location of the hotel was perfect, set in the city centre. There was a good selection of breakfast options. My room was on the second floor and it was quiet and comfortable. The AC in the room worked well.

Cons:

The hotel could do better in regard to organising breakfast. I came down at around 7.15, and it was already quite busy, with some of the breakfast options running out fast without a prompt replacement. Potentially, the hotel could provide an indication when it would be a good time for people to have a quiet breakfast. Also, staff clearly is overworked, as they fulfil multiple duties at the same time. I often had to wait for a noticeable amount of time when I was checking in and when I was trying to order drinks at the hotel restaurant, as there was no cover for the person who was working there.
