Very pleasant, clean, comfortable, friendly and relaxed. We'll be back!!
Pros:

Upon arrival and throughout our stay the staff were very good and helpful. The breakfast was more than adequate and the location of the hotel was excellent for our purposes. All in all a very pleasant stay. We will return sometime next year and will certainly recommend to family and friends. John.

Central Clean great staff.
Pros:

A second stay for us. Room was really clean and well set up. The attached sports bar was excellent. Great entertainment and a fab quiz. As I was with my student daughter student discount on food and drink in Kaboodle was great ! Bar staff and reception staff were really excellent.

Cons:

Cost of parking is high due to the city centre location. Not a fault of the hotel.. We were grateful for the discount from the hotel for overnight costs.

Pros:

Always stay here when in Derry, staff are lovely and extremely helpful, great central location, nice breakfast, and very comfortable rooms. A little noisy late a night but that's probably to be expected in a city at the weekend.
