Dirty and filthy hotel. This hotel needs a deep cleaning of its bar, restaurant, and rooms. Housekeeping is non‑existent — they even forget to clean the rooms, even when you place a “clean my room” card on the door handle. Breakfast is not edible and is hardly replenished. The coffee machines need a deep clean — they are visibly dirty, as shown in the attached picture.
All in all, it’s not a good hotel if you want a hygienic and comfortable stay. The rooms are compact and need some TLC. The hotel does not offer value for money. The location is okay.
The only positive was the staff member Nisha, who went above and beyond with her service.

The hotel has a good location, within walking distance to whatever you want to see in the city.
Comfy bed and nice black-outs. A/C works pretty well, so you can rest after a touristic day.

The tv didn’t have much choice. Netflix’s etc would come in handy. Volume on the tv is maxed to 20 which was a bit of a melt as I’m half deaf lol.

Check In- Lawrence checked us in and was very nice, he was informative giving us information about the area and sightseeing.
No fridge, Australia has at least a small bar fridge in all hotel rooms, when travelling around for weeks on end you carry some food and drinks that require refrigeration.
