Cleanliness needs addressed
Pros:

Staff were very friendly. Great location. Bar next door is top class. Free breakfast each morning was really nice.

Cons:

Was greated by a sewage smell coming from our bathroom. I ran the hot tap and shower for 5 minutes and it eventually went but the smell was horrendous. Room overall was not very clean. Stains on mattresses and floor.

Room has AC and the staff were very polite and helpful.

Cons:

The bathroom shower lacked a proper screen or enclosure, so water easily splashed outside while showering, leaving the bathroom floor very wet.
We booked a room with a sofa bed for our kids, but its placement right at the entrance made the layout very cramped. Once the bed was pulled out, there was barely any space left to move around the room comfortably.

Extremely disappointed with a very warm room and no AC, as was advertised.
Pros:

The location was good and the breakfast was fine.

Cons:

Our room was exceedingly warm and the so-called air conditioning did nothing to help. I asked at the front desk and they said they will turn the temperature down, but it didn't help. To say that their rooms are air conditioned is false advertising, in my opinion.

Pros:

Breakfast was lovely. I ate in the restaurant in the hotel, Kaboodle and had the smash burger and chips. I devoured it! it was so tasty! The room was clean, great facilities. The hotel was clean.
I required a taxi for an early set off and this was organised with ease. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Very reasonably priced.
