It’s a great place to stay while touring Derry
Pros:

The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. The location is great, close to the walls and the bogside.

Nice staff, great accommodations and breakfast
Pros:

Staff was wonderful and so helpful even giving me money for parking.
Breakfast was perfect and delicious
Room was so spacious and everything worked so well, beds were comfortable and soft
room 242 was quiet and although it had zero view, if had plenty of light
Shower was strong and warm
Hooks everywhere besides the closet area. It was perfect for coats and purse. Great idea I had not seen in any other hotel so far

Cons:

Only 2 elevators for the whole hotel so getting to room 242 was like walking in a maze.
Central area but I didn’t feel super safe walking to the parking lot one day and to the wall. 18+ kids in the grey Northface outfits were just loitering around the parking garage and I felt unsafe as they started to walk next to me. Saw them again the next morning just loitering again down the street. Then a kid harassed me for being darker skin at the Wall. Not the hotel’s fault but if you are like me be aware and don’t walk alone.

Noise from a water system (AC?) during night was next to our room…we did not sleep 10min without a noise of water flushing

Comfortable, warm, food gorgeous, staff so friendly and welcoming , clean , and close to everywhere , was a honeymoon stay so we would definitely recommend it to anyone

Great hotel would definitely recommend
Pros:

This was our 2nd stay here and would definitely stay again. Hotel is in a great location. Rooms are lovely and clean beds are really comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and had plenty to choose from. Staff were lovely.

Excellent location friendly staff great hotel
Pros:

Its central modern clean and has everything you need for a city break, staff were amazing very friendly and helpful

Cons:

Nothing was a bit of noise outside but expected as in the city centre once the window was closed no noise , there wasn’t anything i didn’t like
