Great location and a beautiful view from the room.
The room was very dusty, and the pillows were too firm. The drinking water was provided in cans or Tetra Pak cartons, but although there were three people staying in the room, water was only provided for two. We constantly had to look for a housekeeper to ask for extra water because the phone in our room did not work throughout our entire stay. We reported the issue to the reception on the second day and asked for it to be fixed, but nothing was done.

Style Napoléonien très classe dans la chambre et toute la décoration.

un peu de laxisme au niveau du service de chambre (gel douche vide et pas rempli en 3 jours)
Connectivité avec la TV aléatoire
Chambre prête un peu tardivement mais le personnel a réagi de manière parfaitement adaptée.

We recently stayed at the Hotel Napoleon with out kids and grands celebrating our 55th anniversary. We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. We had some initial difficulties with the room reservations where we had an adjoining room to our grandkids instead of the parents adjoining them. But they worked everything out, and made sure any room charges went to the right people. The staff was generally wonderful, very helpful with directions and suggestions for travel about Paris and food locations (which were everywhere). The hotel is located just off the Arch de Triumph and adjacent to the Metro. Housekeeping was great, dropping by every evening to ask if we needed anything. I left a jacket behind and the hotel was great in tracking it down and shipping it to me at home. I can't recommend it highly enough.

It’s difficult to disembark and embark in front of the hotel if you travel by your own car.
My suit was not ready at 15.00. It was done at 15.40 after my two discussions on the reception
