Cons:

When you stay at a hotel rather than an Airbnb you expect good service. There was no-one at reception to check us in when we arrived - although the barman was very friendly and gave us both a glass of water while we waited 5 mins before checking in. I got the impression upon entering or leaving the hotel that the staff would rather keep their heads down and would only reluctantly greet us when we said hello. Also, there was no iron in the room - all the other properties we stayed at on our trip provided this service. The hotel offers to press your clothes but at a cost of £20 per shirt I think this is too much.

Amazinh stay!
Pros:

The first thing that got me was the smell of the hotel! An amazing scent as soon as u set foot in the hotel that takes you somewhere else and stays with you! The staff are extremely helpful and service is great. Its location is very good close to lots of things. The design and interior of the hotel is great with the color choices and the vibe it gives wether in the reception or the lobby

Good location - recommended for a good stay
Pros:

Bed comfy and room airy and very quiet. Air con very efficient as was 35 whilst we were there
Reception staff very helpful and the offer of a drink on arrival was very welcomed in the heat

Cons:

Beautiful gem in the heart of Zagreb!
Pros:

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The location is perfect—situated right in the center of Zagreb, making it incredibly easy to walk to the main square, historic landmarks, and local restaurants. The building itself is gorgeous, seamlessly blending classic heritage elegance with modern comfort.

The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the staff. Everyone we encountered was incredibly professional, welcoming, and eager to assist with a genuine smile. The rooms were impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and provided a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring.

Cons:

As a minor detail and a point of constructive feedback for a hotel of this high reputation and premium price point: I noticed that complimentary bottled water was only provided on the first day of arrival. Housekeeping did not replenish or replace the water for the subsequent days of our stay.

While this is a trivial matter, daily water replenishment is a standard touch that would better match the otherwise impeccable luxury standards of the property.

Etablissement de premier choix au coeur de la ville
Pros:

Accueil efficace et sympatique. L'hôtesse qui nous a conseillé pour nos visites nous a transmis sa passion pour la ville et ses propositions nous ont enthousiasmées. Emplacement idéal à une minute de la place centrale, au centre des attractions, des commerces et des restaurants. Service de parcage efficace, il suffit de se parquer devant l'hôtel. Petit-déjeuner très soigné avec des produits de grande qualité
