Pros:

The shower pressure was amazing. It was close to downtown

Cons:

They didn't have very much of a selection for breakfast.. half of the breakfast wasn't working the first day and they need more waffle iron everyone wanted one. In our room we found a clothing sticker on the side of the build ins

Needs some TLC and better HVAC
Pros:

The price and location to the airport, free parking with a printed permit from the front desk and fast WiFi.

Cons:

TV didn’t have a guide and no local ABC, NBC or CBS stations just cable channels.
Room was set to 75 upon arrival and felt damp, musty and extremely humid took 3 hours+ to cool room down to 67 and be comfortable.
No sound isolation from outside or other rooms meaning you got the road noise of TN 155 Briley Pkwy constantly.
Room was clean but felt dirty.

For a quick getaway it was good, other than the smell. The staff was very helpful.
Pros:

The location was close to alot of shopping and places on our itinerary.

Cons:

As soon, as we walked off the elevator, the most disgusting smell hit us. They didn’t change the trash because the next morning it still smelled horrible. Also, You can tell they just paint over alot of issues.
