An enjoyable overnight stay close to the beach and downtown.
Pros:

By far the best part of our stay was the staff. The desk clerk was handling a long term computer outage (Tilsay I think) and I managed to change the thermostat from cool to heat and could not figure out how to get it back to cool. James arrived a few minutes after notifying the front desk and he helped with the thermostat, he also answered questions about the wifi and the tv. Location was good, though getting into the parking lot was a little awkward. Breakfast was good ... eggs, sausage, waffles and the like. The room was clean, pleasant, and bright.

Cons:

There was a computer outage that impacted ALL Hampton properties and it lasted over 8 hours; it was problematic for checking in, using the wifi, and television and put a lot of stress on customers and employees. The parking charge was high and I was unaware that we would need to pay for parking. I am not convinced the fridge was working and the bathroom door didn't shut.

Overall good stay at a great location to great to the attractions.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Hot tub needed more water in it. They were doing work in rooms across the hall that left a bad smell in the halls.

It was placed to sleep, but nothing else of that hotel makes it exceptional

The breakfast was exceptional, and that was the highlight of the visit.

Cons:

When we arrived and I attempted to turn the TV on the TV would not turn on I called the front desk and she stated that she should be down in five minutes or so and she never came so I ended up unplugging the TV and plugging it back in and got it to work and then I let her know over 45 minutes later that it was working and she didn’t need to come.

Given a second chance i wont puck this hotel again.
Pros:

Location is close to downtown.

Cons:

The room had lot of external noise like the train and the hwy. Not great sound proofing. The room layout and furniture were not great. As big as our room was there was no space in bathroom to keep clothes. The breakfast was mid too.

If you don’t have other chance to stay more close to downtown, you can choose this hotel.

Nice and friendly staff. Beds are OK. Clean. Free coffee and tea. Ice machine.

Cons:

Bath tub needs to be renovated. $18/day parking price is too much.
