The ac unit is one that switches on and off all night, so basically we got no sleep.

Great location good sized clean rooms, friendly staff
Pros:

Good location - close to downtown area - about 15-20 min walk away.
Good size rooms and bathrooms, all very clean. Good breakfast, ample parking and very professional staff.

Cons:

The mattress was a it uncomfortable but not to an extent that one cannot sleep.

Pros:

Beautiful remodeled room and the shower spout ( faucet) was not secured to wall in shower . Everything else is was excellent.

Great stay
Pros:

It was close to everything we wanted to do while in town, staff was very nice. They are doing renovations and had removed a sign outside but didn’t remove the nails in the concrete. I did run into one of them and it cut my toe but the front desk was very very nice and helpful and the next day the nails were removed so no one else was hurt!

An enjoyable overnight stay close to the beach and downtown.
Pros:

By far the best part of our stay was the staff. The desk clerk was handling a long term computer outage (Tilsay I think) and I managed to change the thermostat from cool to heat and could not figure out how to get it back to cool. James arrived a few minutes after notifying the front desk and he helped with the thermostat, he also answered questions about the wifi and the tv. Location was good, though getting into the parking lot was a little awkward. Breakfast was good ... eggs, sausage, waffles and the like. The room was clean, pleasant, and bright.

Cons:

There was a computer outage that impacted ALL Hampton properties and it lasted over 8 hours; it was problematic for checking in, using the wifi, and television and put a lot of stress on customers and employees. The parking charge was high and I was unaware that we would need to pay for parking. I am not convinced the fridge was working and the bathroom door didn't shut.
