Given a second chance i wont puck this hotel again.
Pros:

Location is close to downtown.

Cons:

The room had lot of external noise like the train and the hwy. Not great sound proofing. The room layout and furniture were not great. As big as our room was there was no space in bathroom to keep clothes. The breakfast was mid too.

If you don’t have other chance to stay more close to downtown, you can choose this hotel.
Pros:

Nice and friendly staff. Beds are OK. Clean. Free coffee and tea. Ice machine.

Cons:

Bath tub needs to be renovated. $18/day parking price is too much.

The parking last minute at check in charge is excessive for the area and facilities but clearly a moneymaker.When I asked about the disclosure in advance, she just pointed to a sign on the counter. Very low rent practice. At least disclose it in advance.

Home away from home
Pros:

Felt very safe at this location. Room door access inside the secure hotel hall. Smelled very good. Clean and comfortable room.

Cons:

Was charged $18 for 2 day parking at the hotel parking lot; although didn't mind paying it, It's the fact that it was not disclosed at the time of booking. Don't like surprise charges after paying for what I thought was the total bill.
