Cleanliness
8.3
Generally praised as very clean (rooms, pool area, breakfast area), but some negatives noted: stained couch, occasional humid/musty smell near pool and a few comments about common areas needing maintenance.
Service
9.6
Consistently excellent service cited throughout reviews (named staff praised, friendly/helpful front desk, efficient housekeeping); multiple guests singled out exceptional customer service.
Location
9
Multiple mentions of a good location and easy parking; one note that the sign is set back making it slightly harder to find, otherwise positive.
Room Quality
8.6
Rooms described as roomy, comfortable beds, good amenities (microwave, fridge, coffee), but some dated furniture, awkward placement and a stained couch reported by one guest; missing table/chairs noted for longer stays.
Amenities
9
Good amenity set: indoor heated pool/jacuzzi, coin laundry, microwave/fridge in rooms, coffee stations; pool reported clean though one guest said it felt cold and exterior deck needs work.
Value for Money
9
Not frequently discussed explicitly; overall comments (clean, comfortable, great breakfast, friendly staff) imply strong value for the price.
Food and Beverage
9.5
Breakfast repeatedly praised (varied options, good coffee, accommodated dietary needs for some guests); several guests called it excellent or better than most hotels.
Overall Experience
9
Overall experience is positive across reviews: many repeatable comments of great stays, would return, and families happy; a few minor issues (furniture age, occasional odors) tempered but did not dominate feedback.

Pros:

We had just come from another Holiday Inn Express property the night before that was very nice. This property showed more age and the furniture placement was a bit awkward. The couch had a lot of stains on it. Aside from that, it was a comfortable and fairly nice place to stay. I would stay there again.

Good for a weeks vacation.
Pros:

This was a nice place to spend a week. The breakfast was good everyday the bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The only thing missing was a table and chairs to make it comfortable to sit and visit around. It was a little hard to find since the sign advertising its location is set back from the main road. We would return here if we come to Santa Fe again.
