Wychodzę z założenia, że jeśli wszyscy będą tylko mili i będą przymykać oczy na niedociągnięcia, w tym miejscu nigdy nic się nie zmieni. Dlatego piszę wprost, jak jest.

Pokój, komfort oraz wnętrza samego dworku i hotelu były w porządku i adekwatne do ceny – w środku było czysto i schludnie.

Otoczenie ma ogromny urok, rosną tu piękne drzewa (topole, śliwy, orzechy włoskie) i sam teren ma świetne warunki do wypoczynku.

Niestety, zarządzanie obiektem pozostawia ogromnie dużo do życzenia. Odniosłem wrażenie, jakby miejsce otworzyło się dzień przed moim przyjazdem po rocznej przerwie. Moje standardy czystości nie odbiegają od normy, ale płacąc za urlop, oczekuję zadbanej przestrzeni. Tymczasem teren wokół był po prostu zapuszczony: Plaża była niepograbiona, a ławki i strefy relaksu zaniedbane.Oczko wodne było brudne (prawdopodobnie sinice), a informacja od personelu„Proszę kąpać się na własną odpowiedzialność” mówi sama za siebie.

Rowery wodne ("atrakcja" dodatkowo płatna!) były w fatalnym stanie wizualnym. W kaczuszkach” stała woda do kostek. Zapewne personel czyści je na bieżąco dopiero wtedy, gdy ktoś zdecyduje się je wypożyczyć – a powinno być odwrotnie.

Gastronomia to kolejna kwestia, która wymaga natychmiastowych zmian. Śniadania w formie stołu szwedzkiego były poprawne, ale podróżuję od lat i nigdy nie widziałem tak skromnego wyboru.

Obiadokolacje? Pierogi z dziczyzną i nuggetsy okazały się zjadliwe, ale zamówiona pizza to kompletna porażka. Podano ją na twardym, odmrożonym cieście...Szanowni Państwo, popularna pizza mrożona z marketu bardziej przypomina włoski oryginał niż to, co zaserwowano na miejscu.

Dość powiedzieć, że po tym posiłku wolałem iść po chleb i szynkę do pobliskiego sklepu wiejskiego. Chyba nie na tym polega urlop z restauracją do dyspozycji.

.Jedynym prawdziwym plusem tego pobytu była obsługa. Młody, energiczny i bardzo pomocny zespół nadrabiał braki organizacyjne.
7/10 to maks, co mogę wycisnąć z mojego pobytu.
