All was NICE

I had a lovely stay at this hotel, but what made it truly unforgettable was Liza from the breakfast restaurant.
In all my travels, it is rare to meet someone who genuinely loves what they do, and Liza is one of those special people. Every morning she greeted everyone with the warmest smile, remembered the guests, and made each person feel welcome and valued. Her kindness was never forced—it came naturally, and you could feel that she truly cared about making everyone’s day a little brighter.
It’s amazing how one person can completely change the atmosphere of a hotel. Thanks to Liza, breakfast wasn’t just a meal—it became one of the highlights of every day. She created such a warm and friendly atmosphere that it genuinely felt like coming home each morning.

Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Great staff there.

The location is top!

Cons:

Cleanliness of room. Was not as clean as I would have expected. Mass of dust under the bed. Dead insect on the bathroom floor for all days we were there (we waited to see if it would be removed). Maintenance not super-duper. Room door was faulty.
