Cons:

Yatak, yorgan,yastık çok kötüydü. Havlular iyi değildi yatak çöküntü 2,5 saat tamir ettiler. 5 gün ne temizlik yapıldı nede çarşaf ve havlular değişti. Hiç memnun kalmadık.

Clean, modern rooms in a central location.
Pros:

Clean modern rooms right on the water and walking distance from central Nice. We booked last minute for the Monaco Grand Prix and were a little leery about booking.com, but the our rooms and the location exceeded expectations. Front desk was very helpful in arranging taxis to Monaco.

The only glitch was that after booking two smaller rooms which were subsequently declined we booked two larger rooms; and then found when we arrived that we had three rooms. And because it was Grand Prix weekend, we could not cancel the extra. This was entirely booking.com's fault and not that of Hotel Mercure. Fortunately we encountered some travelers who were desperate to find accommodations and gladly took our extra room.

Would definitely stay here whenever I am in Nice

Cons:

Breakfast is only buffet with no a la carte. They do have a unique setup where you can fry your own egg - and I literally mean one egg. The pan is just big enough for one. A la carte omelette or eggs benedict et al should be an option

Not worth the money

location is great and the staff in the reception are great

Cons:

the value of money is not worth at all, there was nothing special about this hotel its old but renovated, however its still not well renovated, its ovarlly packed and it still feels old, the quality bad, the amount of money we paid we could've have gotten something way better. the view was in the inside not even outside on the road or the sea. wouldnt stay here again. I also feel bad for the staff in the front desk they are overwhelmed with everything but it seems like the management dont care.

Great location but very disappointing service
Pros:

While the location and the room itself were good, the service was severely lacking.

Cons:

The hotel seems to be severely understaffed. The restaurant staff were unfriendly and clearly annoyed by any simple questions.

​Also, the room service was inadequate. It felt like basic room maintenance was ignored, leading to a lot of unnecessary inconvenience.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel until they improve their service standards.

Katta asansöre inanilmaz uzak, cocuklarla cok fazla yürümek zorladı, banyomuzdaki valfli sabun sisesi bozuktu ve ayrıca banyoda lavaboya ve özellikle sabunlara 7 yaşında kızım asla ulaşamıyordu, çok yükseğe monte edilmis, cocuklar dusunulmemis. Ayrica biz iki oda tuttuk yanyana, cocuklarimizin odasinda klima bozulmus ve sular yere damliyordu tatilimiz boyunca. Ben rezervasyonu yaptigimda booking’de otele not olarak yazdım, çocuklar ile yanyana odalar diye, yanyana oda olma şartı odalardan birinde klimanin su damlatmasıydı

Nettes Reinigungspersonal.

Cons:

1. Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert, Rezeption behauptete, dass Test ergab, dass alles in Ordnung sei. Drei Tage später war Techniker in mehreren Zimmern tätig und dann hat die Klimaanlage endlich funktioniert.

2. Abfluss bei Dusche war verstopft, Rezeption behauptete, dass man es behoben hätte, doch das war nicht der Fall. Bei unserem Zimmer mit Blick auf Albert-Park gibt es Motoradparkplatz, sodass diverse Biker mit vielen Fehlzündungen uns am Schlafen hinderten.

3. Frühstücksraum war zu klein für die ca. 200 Zimmer sodass wir keinen Tisch bekamen und warten hätten müssen.

4. Die Betten waren sehr hart weshalb ich froh war, dass ich meine Auflage mit dabei hatte.

5. Ein Balkon auf dem man nur stehen kann ist auch ein Witz und leider gibt es nur einen Türflügel.
