Pros:

Stanza fantastica con ampia finestra e una portafinestra con balconcino.
Pulita ed ampia.
La villa non si trova prettamente in centro città ma è a circa 3 km nelle campagne di Hoi An molto verdi e tranquille.

Realmente nada

Cons:

Las fotos de la publicidad no reflejan la realidad. Queda súper alejado de todo, movieron las cosas de mi habitación a otra de inferior tamaño porque necesitaban acomodar a alguien más. La variedad del desayuno no está a la par de lo que ofrecen otro hoteles cercas por un valor similar

Bana verilen oda booking de gördüğüm oda değildi, penceresi olmayan küçük bir tavan arası odaydı,yemek yemek veya alışveriş için market yoktu, ertesi gün ayrıldım.

Die Lage hatten wir uns etwas ruhiger vorgestellt, da das in den anderen Rezensionen so betont wurde. Wir fanden es dann doch überraschend laut.

Très bonne établissement
Pros:

Hôte ultra serviable, personnel toujours souriant. La chambre est spacieux et l'emplacement est juste à côté des centres d'intérêts de la ville mais juste assez excentrée pour que ce soit super calme

Cons:

Mini bémol pour la pression de la douche mais sinon tout était parfait

Pros:

This was a lovely place to stay. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden and you can rent a bike or a bicycle there as well. Chi Thanh Villa is a bit further away from central Hoi An but if you rent a bicycle (it was only 20 000 VND per day), it might take you less than 10 minutes to get to the old town from the villa. And I recommend that because cycling through the surrounding countryside is really nice. The Wi-Fi worked really well and the staff members were so nice and all smiles. I also appreciate the fact they have a water dispenser so you can fill up your bottle anytime and you don't have to keep buying bottled water to stay hydrated.

Cons:

The room was clean overall but there was a little bit of dust here and there (on the light switches and in spots that are easy to overlook).
