No me gustó que cuando vas a reservar te dicen cancelación gratuita y cuando reservas y quieres cancelar no la cancelan y se quedan con tu dinero

La aplicación de booking estás en una ciudad y tú dices days más serca de mi y tú te confías que es la más cerca y vas al hotel days que está más cerca de ti digamos 4 millas te dicen no la reserva se en un days inn a 300 millas y tú solicitas al hotel y boonking que cancelen la reserva. Y allí donde el hotel te dice habla con booking y tú llamas a bookin y te dicen llama al hotel y así vas todo el tiempo u no te devuelven nada se quedan con el dinero

The location was good. The price was reasonable, it was quiet and I was able to get the rest it needed for the night.

Horrible attitude from the staff in kitchen/breakfast room. They don’t care to refill the items unless asked for and they started packing things back at 8:59am

A Great Choice if Needing This Area Lodging
Pros:

Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Comfortable, clean, good breakfast and conveniently located.

Cons:

The clock was hard to set and even after setting the time on the microwave, it would flip back to the wrong time many minutes later. It didn’t make sense.

The girl that checked us in was exceptional. The entire town had lost electricity but she managed to get us checked in and assured if we needed anything she would be in the lobby tohelp.

The room was cleaner than some but the floor, shower curtain and shower wall was dirty

Cons:

The staff is rude and racially biased as evidenced by their microaggressions, speaking to me as though I was a criminal rather than a valued guest, accusing me of pressing the coffee button more than once for an absolute unfounded reason. They double charged my account and blew it off as though my bank had submitted the charges. The staff was an absolute nightmare for a professional black woman to experience. My only guess would be that they felt empowered to mistreat my particular demographic and not only will I never return to that hotel but I am planning on sharing my experience with all of my family and friends so they too can boycott that location!

Great choice, very clean, good size room.
Pros:

Great hotel. We needed a one night stop over en router from Daytona to Philly. Room was clean, large bed. Reception staff were lovely. There is breakfast, however I just had coffee.
