We could only get into our room at 7pm because the room wasnt ready!

When we arrived at 5pm we waited 30min in the line at reception to be told the room wasnt ready and they couldn’t give me a time when it will be ready. Check in is from 4pm, at 5pm it wasnt ready and they had ridiculous excuses, they could have contacted us when we booked and advised that they were running late or block out the dates that no one could book last minute as they knew they weren’t ready to receive them. They could even go down the long line we all had to wait in and find out the surnames and if their rooms are ready but so many had to wait in a long line to be find out you cannot check in. BAD MANAGEMENT

Clean, beds are comfy, rooms are well maintained and with everything you most likely will need, breakfast was pretty good.

Cons:

How they do not entertain early check-ins at all and to make it worse, made us wait a whole HOUR after official check in time because “the room was not ready”. Very frustrating and have never experienced something like that before.
