Flott beliggenhet og hyggelig personale. Stort fint rom
Pros:

Nært sentrum. Vi fikk et Stort fint rom(best for 3 voksne) Den ekstra senga,hadde både god madrass og var plassert bra i rommet. Det var god plass. Ekstra pluss,at det var kjøleskap. Og pga streiken,var det kun få personale,men de var så hyggelige. Vi fikk hjelp til det vi trengte,og mer til.

Cons:

Egentlig ingenting,men pga streiken,så var det ikke frokost. Det fikset vi godt på rommet. Va bare glad for at vi fikk tak over hodet.

Stor skuffelse
Cons:

Hotellet var stengt pga streik da vi skulle sjekke inn. Dette fikk vi ingen beskjed om på forhånd. Hotellrom ble bestilt via Trivago, og bekreftelse ble tilsendt oss fra Booking .com. Vet ikke hvem som burde ha vært ansvarlig for å gi oss beskjed om at booking ikke var mulig. Dette ble en bom-tur på det som skulle være en hyggelig tur på byen.
Krav om betaling for oppholdet ligger på Klarna. Noen bør få slettet dette.

Super beliggenhet, kan ta heis ned til inne på Trondheim torg og videre ned til parkeringshuset der, ellers supre folk i ekspedisjon, og frokost som har det man trenger, med ivrig ryddegutt. 🪷

Vi likte at hotell er sentrum og hyggelig ansatte.

Cons:

Jeg og mannen bestilte dobbelt rom, men vi var ikke fornøyde fordi vi fikk to separate senger som var skilt med en vegg. Vi følte oss som studenter som bor i hybbel med to separate senger som er delt med høy vegg.

Beliggenheten, god seng og god frokost.

Cons:

Handduken den første natta var veldig synlig skitten, og vinduene på vegg og sånn halvveis i taket var på en sånn type vinkel at gardina ikke klarte å holde sola ute. Vanskelig å få rommet mørkt når du ville sove. Og kjøleskapet fungerte ikke
