Recepčný je vždy príjemný a ústretový.

Cons:

Každý rok sme sa do tohoto hotela vracali, vždy som dala 5 * ale tento krát nemôžem. Začala by som tým, či sa riaditeľ hotela alebo ten, kto to má na starosti nehanbí pýtať za raňajky 16 eur? Pochodila som stovky hotelov a napríklad taký hotel Gate one v Bratislave má raňajky za 16 eur a to je v hlavnom meste a to sa nedá ani porovnať, ten výber a to uloženie potravín!!. Upozorňovali sme, že kolegyňa je bezlepková, na raňajkách nám slečna povedala, že majú pečivo no o 5 minút prišla a povedala, že nemajú a nemali ani zrnko bezlepkového pečiva nehovoriac o nejakom bezlepkovom jedle. 16 eur dala za čo? o 8:30 sa kúpali 4 párky vo vode, nikto nič nedokladal, áno, človek sa tam nejako naje ale za 16 eur? Pozrite si v iných mestách a v krajších hoteloch za tú cenu. Recepčná teliatko number one, nič nevedela, " prepáčte to kolegyňa bude vedieť" . Najlepší recepčný je ten muž, aj minule sme ho mali. Izby tmavé ako v rohu, televízor sa stále vypínal a zapínal. Odišli sme o deň skôr, už neprídeme.

Pros:

Great location in walking distance to the city center and Nitra castle. Clean and comfortable rooms. Fantastic breakfast.
