Cons:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y, en general, nuestra estancia fue agradable. Sin embargo, estoy muy decepcionada con la gestión después de nuestra salida.

Tuvimos que dejar el hotel una noche antes de lo previsto y, en recepción, nos indicaron que debíamos contactar con Booking.com para solicitar el reembolso de la noche que no utilizamos. Seguí exactamente sus instrucciones y contacté con Booking.

Booking intentó varias veces ponerse en contacto con el hotel para obtener su confirmación y poder procesar el reembolso, pero el establecimiento nunca respondió a sus solicitudes. Como resultado, no pude recibir ningún reembolso, a pesar de que fue el propio hotel quien me indicó que debía hacer la solicitud a través de Booking.

Es una pena, porque nuestra experiencia durante la estancia fue bastante positiva, pero la falta de respuesta y de seguimiento después de nuestra salida nos dejó una muy mala impresión.

La habitacion y baño muy amplios, aire acondicionado silencioso, ubicacion excelente! al lado de todo, comercio, transporte, el personal muy amable, buena orientacion para tour, etc

Cons:

Lo unico incomodo pero que no es responsabilidad del hotel, es que en la esquina, hay un local que coloca musica muy fuerte en la noche y se sentia de la habitacion

I was very upset because I had stayed already twice gave good reviews but this time I was coming for my Shabbat they saw I had a cane and wouldn’t accommodate me and my needs to be on ground floor on shabbas
I canceled my stay and they lied saying it’s up to booking. While booking wrote it is up to the property

Cons:

They kept ignoring my messages to them and are trying to charge me for a stay I never took I never checked in
