El estacionamiento, muy difícil de subir en vehículos pequeños o bajos. Se escucha ruido desde los locales aledaños, falta una secadora de traje de baño o un lugar para dejarlos secar.
Lo más lindo es la ubicación a una cuadra de la 5° avenida y cerca de la playa. Los departamentos hermosos y están bien equipados. El desayuno que ofrecen es muy rico. La terraza es hermosa con vistas al mar y la ciudad. En nuestro caso es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos y los volvería a elegir!!

Location
I have rarely had such a terrible experience in a hotel as I did here. In my very first room, there were cockroaches — completely unacceptable. After reporting it, I received no assistance at all. Instead of helping, the staff actually laughed at me, which I found extremely disrespectful.
In the second room, there was a water leak that even caused sparks from the electrical system. For safety reasons, I had to change rooms again in the middle of the night — while I was sick. Once again, no one offered to help me, neither with packing nor moving.
The third room was no better. In the morning, the sink suddenly fell off, and there was a strong mold smell that was clearly a health concern. Given my condition, I simply couldn’t stay any longer and decided to move to another hotel at my own expense.
What was especially disappointing is that the hotel later denied that any of these incidents had happened. There was no attempt to resolve the situation or offer any kind of compensation.
As if all of this wasn’t enough, at one point they sent an obviously drunk handyman to my room, who behaved completely inappropriately. I never felt safe or taken seriously during my stay.
I understand that standards can vary from country to country, but this has nothing to do with different standards — it was simply unacceptable. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
The location is convenient, close to the restaurants and the two rooftop pools are nice, although they are often crowded with children and therefore quite noisy.
Warning: We were unfortunately very disappointed with this hotel; there is not even enough space to list all the issues.
My friend had to change rooms twice during the stay before changing the hotel. The first room change was due to a cockroach infestation. Instead of reacting quickly and solution-oriented, the hotel first asked for photographic proof. On top of that, we had to take the regular check-out and check-in times into account, which made the situation unnecessarily complicated.
In the second room, a water boiler pipe burst with sparks, causing the room to flood. Later, she decided to voluntarily change hotels after the sink broke off. The mould, which we had already been able to smell before, then became clearly visible as well.
The general appearance of the hotel was also disappointing. We are aware that European standards cannot always be expected in Mexico. Nevertheless, stains, very outdated furnishings, and stained sheets and towels are, in our opinion, not worthy of a 4-star hotel.
The service was also often openly unwilling and not very helpful, apart from a few positive exceptions. One night guard in particular stood out negatively; he was sent to us as a “maintenance worker.” He appeared clearly drunk, disoriented, and unkempt. The second time we had to ask for help, he complained in a very rude and insulting way that we were supposedly annoying. Even after I pointed out that I speak fluent Spanish and could understand him perfectly well, he simply continued ranting. This behaviour was completely unprofessional and absolutely inappropriate for hotel staff.
These were not exaggerated complaints, but legitimate issues such as “There are cockroaches in my room” or “My hot water is not working.” In the case of the hot water, the fuse apparently kept tripping. This could at least have been explained to us calmly and professionally.

Warnung: wir von diesem Hotel leider sehr enttäuscht, der Platz reicht gar nicht für alle Punkte:
Eine mitreisende Person musste während des Aufenthalts zweimal das Zimmer wechseln. Der erste Zimmerwechsel erfolgte wegen Kakerlakenbefall. Statt sofort lösungsorientiert zu reagieren, wurde zunächst ein Beweisfoto verlangt. Zusätzlich mussten wir uns dabei nach den regulären Check-out- und Check-in-Zeiten richten, was die Situation unnötig kompliziert gemacht hat.
Im zweiten Zimmer platzte eine Wasserboilerleitung mit Funkenbildung, wodurch das Zimmer überflutet wurde. Später: Freiwilliger Hotelwechsel, nachdem das Waschbecken durchgebrochen war. Der Schimmel, den man zuvor bereits gerochen hatte, war danach auch deutlich sichtbar.
Das allgemeine Erscheinungsbild des Hotels war leider ebenfalls enttäuschend. Uns ist bewusst, dass in Mexiko nicht immer europäische Standards zu erwarten sind. Dennoch waren Flecken, eine stark veraltete Ausstattung sowie fleckige Laken und Handtücher aus unserer Sicht nicht 4-Sterne-würdig.
Auch der Service war, bis auf wenige positive Ausnahmen, häufig offen unwillig und wenig hilfsbereit. Besonders negativ aufgefallen ist ein Nachtwächter, der uns als „Handwerker“ geschickt wurde. Dieser machte auf uns einen deutlich betrunkenen, desorientierten und ungepflegten Eindruck. Beim zweiten Mal, als wir Hilfe holen mussten, beschwerte er sich sehr ausfällig und unhöflich darüber, dass wir angeblich nervig seien. Selbst nachdem ich ihn darauf hinwies, dass ich fließend Spanisch spreche und ihn sehr gut verstehe, schimpfte er einfach weiter. Dieses Verhalten war völlig unprofessionell und für ein Hotelpersonal absolut unangemessen. Dabei handelte es sich nicht um übertriebene Beschwerden, sondern um berechtigte Anliegen wie „Ich habe Kakerlaken im Zimmer“ oder „Mein Warmwasser funktioniert nicht“. Beim Warmwasser sprang offenbar regelmäßig die Sicherung heraus. Das hätte man uns zumindest sachlich erklären können.

NO FACTURAN !!! si reservas con booking NO te facturan, por lo que me afecto para gastos. Pedí la factura desde booking y en el Hotel pero NO me facturaron. Y Olvide un cargador de iPhone, los contacte para recogerlo y NO me lo devolvieron me hacían esperar y esperar, hasta que me tuve que ir.
Habitación impecable y bien equipada.
El ruido nocturno es realmente insoportable.
Hay música en vivo, karaoke y gritos hasta más allá de las 5 de la mañana, y luego a las 6:15 comienza el movimiento de muebles em el restaurante que está directamente abajo.
Pagamos 6 noches y soportamos sólo dos. Nos cambiamos de hotel y perdimos el dinero pagado.
