Pros:

Good value for money, I guess. Fine for a short stay, and you plan to spend most of your time exploring the city.

Cons:

For some reason, there was tape on all the windows and door to get to the balcony so I couldn't use it. Felt a bit small and claustrophobic in there.

La atención del personal muy buena, muy amables y serviciales. Muy formales. La habitación me pareció bien y el desayuno muy completo.

Cons:

El TV no estaba funcionando de manera correcta, la calidad de la imágen demasiado mala y borrosa.

La atención. El personal es sumamente atento, y dispuestos a darte soluciones. Estuvimos trabajando en el lobby hasta tarde y no tuvieron problema en pasarnos cafecitos y siempre fueron muy amables. Nos hicieron sentir muy bien

Pros:

Good location. A bit sketchy at night, but there're lots of police around + cafes, restaurants, etc. 10 minutes to a metro station.

De Premium nada, no lo recomendaría
Pros:

Que entregaran una bolsa de agua caliente por las noches.

Cons:

-Pésima comunicación
-Ropa de cama y toallas, viejas y manchadas.
-El personal de limpieza abrió la puerta de la habitación en mi último día aludiendo que le indicaron la habitación "ya estaba desocupada" (la noche anterior indique que saldría a la hora de check out 12pm y guardaría maletas) y la recepcionista simplemente culpo a sus compañeros.
