Overall a good stay.
Pros:

Good location, few hundret meters to the night market.

Cons:

We ordered a room with a view, but unfortunately the window was facing the wall in the hall, so it was dark all the time and we had the keep our curtains closed.

Very dirty
Pros:

The location was a short walk to the night markets. It was nice to cool down at the pool. The only staff member worth mentioning is Anisin at the front desk. He was kind and helpful every time we interacted with him.

Cons:

My husband and I have been travelling throughout SE ASIA and have to say this is the most unclean place we’ve ever stayed at. It looked like a lot of staff were there, just not working. The pool area was filthy, floors dirty, loungers unclean. Every time someone ate or drank around the pool, dirty plates, bottles, glassware still on the tables. This attracted so many ants!! The garbages in the common area were never emptied. About the staff, all walking around, one young man was actually lying on the pool longer on his phone. The pool was nice to cool off in (after walking around all day in the heat) but you can tell they just loaded it with chlorine because we never witnessed anyone maintaining the area. Our glass shower door came off the hinges and almost smashed, my husband manages to fix it, but we were scared to close it afterwards so when we showered we got the floors soaking wet. The nice thing was we had access to the towels at the end of the hall so we would wipe up the excess and leave the towels my the cabinet. The two nights that we stayed there, our pile of towels remained on the floor. We found it humorous the tv didn’t fit on the table so we used one backpack to level it out to try to watch tv, plugged it in, tv was broken. Like lol. Just remove the damn tv from the room. Free breakfast. After seeing how unkept the place was looked for food elsewhere. They obviously don’t have anyone in charge around here. Aside from Anison the day person at front desk, everyone else were completely useless. There are many places to stay in Vientiane, avoid this one.

Pros:

The location not far from the airport, the hotel have a restaurant so there's no need to go far to fill your stomach.

The staff was friendly, professional and it was quiet
