The hotel was great! The location is excellent, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were always clean and comfortable. This was our fourth time staying here, and it definitely won’t be our last. We look forward to coming back again and again!

Está muy cerca de la animada zona comercial y de ocio de Dotonbori. El cuarto de baño era el mejor de todos los hoteles en los que nos alojamos.
Aunque tenía 3 ascensores, las esperas siempre eran largas. El desayuno es podo variado en cuanto a comida occidental. Las habitaciones eran pequeñas y daban a paredes de edificios contiguos. La relación calidad-precio no es ajustada.
This hotel is incredibly convenient and reasonably priced. It’s located near Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori, just a 10-minute walk away. The surrounding area is packed with shops and restaurants, including Daimaru and Parco.
The room size is typical for Japan—compact but fully equipped with everything you need. Plus, the free breakfast was a great bonus!
The front desk staff were extremely welcoming and attentive. A special shoutout to Susan from Taiwan; she speaks fluent Mandarin and Japanese and was highly professional, even giving us fantastic local restaurant recommendations.
I also want to thank the housekeeping team. Even though our open luggage made the hallway very narrow, they still managed to clean our room perfectly every single day.
Overall, this hotel offers amazing value for money, a beautiful environment, and top-tier service. I highly recommend staying here!
Location was good and bed very comfortable. There is also air conditioning.
My floor for some unknown reason was noisy on both nights, very late at night, I had to call the attention to my neighbours, they were singing... And very early on one morning there were people talking very loud on the corridor. The hotel should place posters in the corridors asking for silence from 10 pm to 7 am at least.
The street was also noisy at nights, for some strange reason motorbikes were roaring until very late at night, I was surprised that that was allowed in Japan. The area is full of mostly shops, cafes and offices but I do not think the many hotels in this area are happy about this issue....
We were happy with our recent stay at Holiday Inn Express Midosuji. It's a given that a hotel room in Japan will be small, but as IHG Ambassadors we were upgraded to a room on the top floor which, while not huge, was perfectly adequate and had a nice view and a very comfortable bed. We liked our sleep pyjamas, the complicated but good shower, the Toyo toilet and the efficient use of space in our room which contained a fridge and safe. The hotel is quite eco with a water dispenser in the hall and it also gives you a choice to earn extra IHG points if you opt not to have room cleaning (which we chose, given the size of the room). Like many other reviewers I echo that breakfast is the down side. Many many people try to use the elevators at the same time to go down to eat in the morning and it is quite chaotic, however staff does their best to steer the traffic and encourage take aways from the morning choices. Coffee is not good. The best part of staying in Midosuji is the location. It is really well placed for shopping and walking around to central Osaka. It is also convenient in terms of airport access - you need to take the train (about 45 minutes) and then switch for 2 metro stops from Namba. Even though this hotel doesn't represent the height of luxury, it is a good find for the price and I would stay here again.

Location is good, the atmosphere was welcoming. The staff is very courteous and warm. We particularly commend the Filipino staff especially Joshua in the Buffet section. The rooms are small but so clean. Everyday our cleaner tidies the room. Value for money.

Kahvaltı seçenekleri çok kısıtlıydı, kahvaltıda daha kapsayıcı bir mutfak olmasını isterdim ve kahvaltı yapılan yer çok küçük ve üst üste hissettirdi. Zaten kendi damak tadımıza göre bir şey bulamamıştık ama sabah sabah o kadar insanla dip dibe olunca da hemen çıkmalıyız gibi hissettik. Kahvaltı hem içerik olarak hem de fiziksel koşullar açısından geliştirilmeli. Ayrıca yoğun saatlerde ya da kalabalık gruplar otele giriş çıkış yaparken asansör trafiği olmasından da hoşlanmadım, o yoğunluk tatil değil de iş günü koşturmacası gibi hissettirdi.
