We would like to thank the hotel for the excellent service we received during our stay.
The location is unbeatable, as it allows you to reach practically any point of interest with just a few metro stops, or even on foot. Dotonbori is also only around a 10–15-minute walk away, making the hotel’s location extremely convenient and central. The street where the hotel is located is also very beautiful and pleasant.
The staff are very professional, friendly, and attentive. Both the rooms and the common areas are very well maintained and clean. I would especially highlight the spacious beds in the rooms for two people, as well as the overall cleanliness of the entire property.
We would also like to thank the staff for their help in arranging the delivery of our luggage, a service that we would highly recommend. In our case, we had already completed the required forms at Haneda Airport, Terminal 2, which made the process much easier.
Another very positive aspect is the laundry facilities, with washing machines and an ice service. They are very practical, convenient, and easy to use.
As the only area for improvement, I believe the breakfast could offer a greater variety of continental options, such as ham, cheese, a wider selection of fruit, or perhaps an omelette station. The coffee, however, was quite good. Even so, overall, everything was very satisfactory.
In conclusion, we had a very positive experience. The hotel stands out for its excellent location, the friendliness and professionalism of its staff, its cleanliness, and the good condition of its facilities. We are very satisfied with the service we received and would definitely recommend this hotel.
As a personal comment about some of the attractions we visited during our trip, I would not particularly recommend going up the Umeda Sky Building. It was probably one of the few experiences that I felt was not really worth it.
I would also not recommend visiting Universal Studios Japan in summer.

Tamanho do quarto, havia duas camas de solteiro no quarto ocupando praticamente todo o quarto. As camas ficaram completamente encostadas nas paredes e entre si, para deitar só rastejando sobre a cama.
