The location is very good, close to train Station, so it is easy to travel around and see the area. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The location is excellent , very close to the train station, which made getting around the city really convenient. very friendly, welcoming staff, they speak English well, which made check in and communication easy. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Me parecio muy pequeña la habitacion
sabiamos que Japon en general se caracteriza por ello
y tambien dan las dimensiones cuando reservas
pero la realidad es que cuando llegas te sorprende la cama qeen esta en contra de una pared y luego el lugar de paso es muy estrecho
no hay lugar de guardado solo unn perchero
es solo a modo de comentario ya que volveria a hospedarme en este hotel Este comentario seria la razon por la cual le doy un 9 en lugar de un 10

Room is clean. Shower facilities is good. Location is convenient and nearv shopping street.

Breakfast is simple. Only disappointment is the chef was unable to prepare fried egg or omelette as per our request.

Rooms were on the smaller side, breakfast was okay. Many of the amenities that are free with other hotels weren't available. No water or coffee in the lobby. Staff were okay but not very helpful at the front desk.
