The staff were friendly and helpful. We would have appreciated more choice and variety of breakfast
Pros:

The location is great and conveniently close to Dotonbori.It’s within easy walking distance.

Cons:

The Breakfast was unfortunately disappointing.There wasn’t much variety and there were only two types of fruit available.

Recomendable de precio-calidad
Pros:

La cama era muy cómoda y la ubicación muy buena y cerca del subte que te llevaba a los principales lugares turísticos.

Cons:

La habitación era un poco pequeña y el desayuno tenía algunas cosas para mejorar, si bien era variado, había algunos faltantes claros como fruta o huevos revueltos algunos días. Además era muy ruidoso porque había mucha gente todo el tiempo

Faultless, highly recommended.
Pros:

Had a great experience in this one! The hotel is conveniently located in Osakas business district and 2 mins walk from - metro station. Staff politely and efficient. The quality of bedding, room amenities are superior to even some holiday inns in Europe and US/CA. Can’t recommend this hotel more!

Pros:

スタッフの方がとても親切でした！
各階ごとにウォーターサーバーがあるのと、朝食込みでも高くなくて美味しかったです！
トイレとシャワーが別になってたのも嬉しかったです。テレビの画面が大きくてホテルでも推し活ができました!
