Хорошая локация, центр, но нужно немного пройти и поэтому не так шумно. Музей Параджанова находится в двух минутах ходьбы. В отеле всегда пахнет духами и завтрак очень хороший
Цены в сентябре немного высоковаты, как в целом и в других отелях Еревана (насколько я поняла это самый горячий сезон в Армении).
Площадь номера, удобная кровать , хорошие завтраки , интересные интерьеры, чисто , хорошее постельное белье, удобные подушки и матрасы .
Терраса для завтраков большая , но вокруг стройка!!
Стройка!!!!
Выбирали специально номер с террасой , с видом на Арарат . Чтобы сидеть вечером с бокалом вина и наслаждаться видами. Но! Вместо вида и тишины - стройка с утра до ночи! Бетономешалка работала до часу ночи. С 8 утра вопли и крики строителей. Все покрыто цементной пылью.
Разочарованы жутко.
Не куда повесить мокрое полотенце в ванной, негде расположить косметички , в ванной 1 крючок для всего .

Lovely boutique hotel with a beautiful rooms and had a wonderful stay.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and available 24×7. It is a little away from the center but all essential amenities are close by. Had a lift which was great!

Baustelle des Hochhauses nebenan ist natürlich mit Geräuschkulisse.
Auch generell sehr hellhörig zu den Nachbarzimmern.

The checkout was solicited excessively 10 min after, and 15 min after I had a person outside my door
