ES UN HOTEL MUY BONITO, ACOGEDOR, LIMPIO Y CON PERSONAL MUY AMABLE CON MUY BUENA ACTITUD DE SERVICIO.
EL ACCESO AL HOTEL ES UN POCO COMPLICADO CREO QUE AYUDARÌA QUE PUSIERAN SEÑALAMIENTOS MÁS GRANDES Y VISIBLES EN EL CAMINO PARA PODER LLEGAR MÁS FACILMENTE AL HOTEL.
Excelente lugar para relajarse y olvidarse de la rutina.
El personal es muy amable y los jardines increíbles.
Las habitaciones cómodas y con una excelente vista.
El acceso es un poco complicado ya que es una calle de terracería con una pendiente pronunciada..
Me gusto mucho la vista que tiene y la tranquilidad que tiene ese lugar hermoso
la hora de llegada a las 3 se entiende que a esa hora se entregan habitaciones, pero seria bueno considerar que dejaran llegar mas temprano, para aprovechar y consumir mas en el lugar, todo lo demás perfecto

Cuando llegamos nos ofrecieron una habitación mejor, pero preferimos una más privada, que era la que habíamos reservado originalmente, la comida buena, el servicio excelente. Muchas gracias seguro regresaremos, lo mejor es que nuestra mascota pudo andar por todo el lugar sin ningún problema :) .

Desayuno pobre, incluido en la reserva que tenía, pero si pedías unos huevos en los chilaquiles, los cobraban a parte, para el precio se me hace rácano. Y ni buen sazón. Lo siento pero no regresaría.
Mucho calor en la habitación, dos columnas para refrescar, que no enfrian bien, para el calor del lugar se requiere un aire acondicionado mas robusto y que no haga ruido.
Llegue a las 2.10 y hasta las 3 entregan habitación, no me parecio tenener que esperar
Excelente el servicio, la atención de TODO el personal, el paisajismo del jardín, los servicios de masaje, los alimentos, la limpieza del cuarto, el esmero por apoyar en lo que se solicita, la paz que se respira y te hace desconectarte, etc.
El acceso al hotel está medio complicado pues es por un camino de terracería en no muy buen estado y muy estrecho, pero llegando al lugar te olvidas de eso.

The room has an open window in the bathroom which means that mosquitos and scorpions can enter. So just be careful when entering the shower, as we had two scorpions visit us.
