Pros:

All family width bed, firm mattress and soft duvet, big screen, heated toilet seat, scent of shampoo and shower gel, shower water pressure, fridge, door code

Cons:

We arrived early to check-in at approximately 3.45pm. I wished the tablet screen was there to input my code. After entering the code it should tell me to wait until my room is ready.

Pros:

L'emplacement est génial.
L'hôtel est calme et relativement propre.
Panel de petits détails qui sont bien commodes : parapluie en cas de pluie, brosse à dent/dentifrice et serviettes en quantité suffisante, chaussons, bouilloire électrique et mini frigo, étendoir à serviettes, la climatisation, ainsi que gel douche, shampooing et après shampooing.
La petite terrasse est très sympa !!!
2 laverie automatique à proximité, ainsi que le métro et les petites supérette bien pratique.
La literie est confortable et les oreillers aussi !!!

Cons:

On ne croise personne de l'hôtel, jamais.
Les chambres dans les étages sans ascenseur c'est difficile avec une grosse valise surtout si elle pèse lourd.
Les chambres sont confortables mais petites. Donc attention si vous avez des bagages en nombre et/ou volumineux....

1. No sending suitcases to the next hotel which caused me to walk until 7eleven to send.

Huoleton ja mukava majoitus hyvällä sijainnilla.
Pros:

Hyvän kokoinen huone suurella parvekkeella. Hotelli oli siisti ja pyyhkeet vaihdettiin sekä roskat vietiin säännöllisesti. Hyvä sijainti, josta lyhyt kävelymatka metroasemalle sekä bussipysäkille, joista pääsee helposti eri puolille Tokiota. Sisään- ja uloskirjautuminen oli helppoa itsepalveluna.

Excellent séjour, rien à redire.
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et très confortable. Equipement au top. Très propre.
Situation géographique idéale, calme car un peu reculée mais très proche du centre de Shinjuku.
Le personnel de gestion et le personnel d'accueil ont été très professionnel pour faciliter le check-in et très agréable.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Basic budget hostel in Shinjuku
Pros:

Basic budget hostel Shinjuku. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower water pressure was great.

Cons:

Unfortunately we didn't have a good experience overall.

The room that we got was in the back on the first floor with a single window facing a wall with no natural light, which is not what is shown on the booking.com photos. The other window had been covered over with the TV. We asked the manager to change the room, but it was not possible.

The rooms are really small and good for just crashing at night and having a shower the next day. There is no person at the front desk ( automated check in ) and so if you have an issue, it takes time to contact the management.

The location is not great, it is about a 20 minute walk from Shinjuku station. Would recommend paying a little more and finding a place closer to the station and main shopping / restaurant area.
